Hayley has been amazing throughout my journey to become mum to Freya. It’s a big decision to give a puppy a home and Hayley has been supportive all the way, answered all my questions and gave great advice. Freya is a calm, healthy puppy who has had the best start in life. With regular updates and photos/videos you can see your puppy developing their beautiful character and I can’t be happier. I’m delighted with Freya’s temperament and disposition, which is all down to Hayley and her quality breeding.

Hayley is simply amazing, and her dogs stunning. I have used Hayley’s studs for my girls several times, always successfully producing beautiful looking and adorably well behaved puppies. The whole process is also great because Hayley is very personable and professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience, you’re always kept informed and she always checks in on the pregnancy and birth so you know you’re in good hands that actually care, a rarity in the breeding world let me tell you! I would definitely wholeheartedly recommend Hayley for both stud services and puppies.

Well where to start? Hayley and I have been friends for years through our love of the Dachshund breed.

I contacted Hayley with interest of using Alonzo as stud to my mini smooth chocolate girl Olivia.

However we were faced with a problem. I live in France and obviously Hayley in the UK.
After chatting about the potential matings and timings, Hayley very kindly agreed to let me come to the UK and collect Alonzo to bring back to France.
Alonzo, he is such a beautiful natured boy and took the travels all in his stride.
As for the matings he was calm, playful and charmed his way with Olivia which was absolutely perfect as she was a little unsure of him at first.

Hayley, thank you once again your, kindness and willing to work with us it is greatly appreciated.
You can tell how much work you put in to have such beautiful natured and typed dachshunds. They are a credit to you and you them.

I was researching the Dachshund breed for a long time after our 16 year old Jack Russell passed away. Hayley came highly recommended from many reviews. The most impressive part was that we had to send an application which asked about our knowledge of the breed and our current household etc, and then joined a waiting list. The whole process was really professional but also reassuring that Hayley was vetting the homes her puppies were going to. We received updates every few days of the puppies progress with videos, photos and visits. One of our dogs still watches the videos of him as a newborn with Hayley and recognises her voice! The care she gives is absolutely unbelievable.
Fast forward almost 4 years and we have 2 miniature Dachshund from Emeraldax, Pierre and Margeaux. They are beautiful dogs. I am still in contact with Hayley today and she is there to support at all times.

I do not even know where to start. After following her page for around a year, I had my first puppy from Hayley early in 2019 and added a second towards the end of that year. I had the best experience each time and Hayley was always on hand to help and offer advice. They are the most wonderful dogs with superb temperaments and it wasn't long until I was planning to have my third. It was at that point I started to consider breeding and although this was daunting Hayley encouraged me and offered to mentor me. Having her on hand for support gave me the confidence to do something I would not have otherwise done. I have since used her boys for stud and every time this has been a seamless process. I could sit here and write all day how much of an amazing breeder and human being Hayley is with many examples of why. I will be forever grateful xx

I got my beautiful boy Olly from Hayley nearly 4 years ago, I was on a list for a while and we became good friends I have been very lucky to carry on the wonderful Emeraldax name as Hayley let me use Olly as a stud I feel very privileged
He is an amazing little boy who now has lots of babies of his own
Hayley, from day one was amazing and still is to this day. I message her for advice quite often and she is very helpful and very informative, I dont know what I would do without her.
She has amazing dogs and you will not go wrong buying a dog from Hayley. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge she is the best around ❤️🐶

Hayley is a wonderfully experienced breeder who strives to provide you with a wealth of information to ensure you are fully prepared for life with your new family member. Our Pup himself travelled a steady 4 hour car journey settled and content. He slept through since his first night home and was full of confidence with our other dogs. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. In addition to this he’s also an exception example of the breed and we love him so much!

From the moment I spoke to Hayley, I knew we were in great hands. Hayley always sent photos and regular updates on Dash until the day we took him to his forever home. When we collected Dash, he was bathed and ready, but he also come with a puppy box, all the essentials we would need. This was such a loving touch, and there were things in there we forgot to get so we were so grateful.

No questions is every too much for Hayley, and that is still true, I still ask Hayley question and ask advice now for Dash and that’s 1 1/2 years later.

When we took Dash home, he was a happy, healthy and well socialised pup. The love and care that Hayley gives all her pups and dogs is phenomenal.

We are looking to get another Dachshund and we will look no further. Thank you Emerladax and Hayley for everything you do. ☺️

My mini short-haired chocolate dreamboat - Marni - is hot stuff in North London parks - and forever sharing where she came from!
Just one yr old, she has always been physically well & strong without the slightest blip - and arrived with such a warm sassy sociable character.
And Hayley who owns and is the magic behind Emeraldax has been such a fantastic support for over a year now. Preparing me for Marni, reassuring me - and always still at the end of the phone to answer ANYTHING.

We used Emeraldax boys for stud for different girls and we were always satisfied with the puppies. Hayley a very kind and helpful breeder, with lots of experience.

Hayley is an absolutely amazing lady who really cares about the puppies she brings into the world. We got endless photos sent through to us and constant reassurance that the puppies in the litter were developing well. Food updates from weaning off mum and onto raw food. Our boy Harley had the most perfect start to his life thanks to Hayley. Xxx

Having followed Emmerdax for years we knew our next furbaby would come from this amazing breeder. Covid hit and we were lucky enough to be able to have a puppy in 2020. Best thing ever and Hayley is always there for any advice nearly 4 years on.

Hayley has provided amazing communication from the very first phone call to the ongoing text updates and responses whenever we had questions (and even now when we simply want to update her on Lenny's progress!)

We would thoroughly recommend Emeraldax to anyone looking for a puppy and wanting the reassurance that they are well cared for, loved and healthy. Lenny left with his first jabs, a veterinary check, 5 weeks of complementary insurance, a week's food and so many toys and treats to start him off in his new home as well as bundles of information for us as new owners. We know that Hayley will always be in touch and never far away for questions and advice should we need her and that's a lovely thing.

Emeraldax are quite rightly known as one of the top Daschund breeders in the Uk. We were lucky enough to get our wee blonde baby Brie from them last year. Hayley was helpful from the word go, considering we were driving down from Scotland to Essex to collect Brie. It was a pleasure dealing with her and seeing her full brood. The helpfulness and support she gives us continues to this day. Brie is well settled and an absolute delight to us and enjoys the company of her big brother and sister, George and Millie.
Cannot recommend Hayley and Emeraldax highly enough. 5 stars doesnt seem enough.

I’ve known Hayley for many many years now and we’ve become great friends , she is so passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about her dachshunds and their needs , she breeds not only wonderful puppies but makes sure health, temperament and unique lineage are a priority- as a friend and a customer of hers I would never hesitate to recommend her .

Hayley is an excellent breeder and stud dog owner full of a wealth of knowledge.
Each of our 4 litters have been sired by one of her boys and she was also hands on in the care of our girls when they were pregnant and assisted/guided me through my first deliveries.
She is the first person I would go to for any advice or help with our dogs and the only breeder I will recommend to people interested in a dachshund puppy.
