Thank you for transporting my father to hospital today. Everything ran smoothly, the ambulance was on time and the Steves took excellent care of dad. Would definitely use again.

Punctuality is key in all matters and EMA's vehicle was on time at both parts of the journey. The crws were attentive and helpful and my father enjoyed his travel with them. He's a regular user of NHS patient transport and front line ambulances so has quite a lot of experience.

EMA transport used for bed to bed transfer - very professional, friendly and put the client at ease, many thanks, will use again.

A wonderful service delivered with kindness and professionalism. Would recommend this company.

“I am a 92 year old with no mobility, yesterday this wonderful company carried me down two flights of stairs, through a corridor, through a shop doorway onto a wheelchair and then they transferred me into their ambulance. This was all done with the utmost professionalism, kindness and an appreciation of me being very nervous and anxious. I do not believe there is any other company that could have done this as well as they did. I am incredibly grateful and thankful for everything they did. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

The team arrived on time Lisa was very helpful,Matt and Allan where brilliant with my husband and made us feel really at ease

Thank you so much for transferring out 89 year old mother from Dorset to Suffolk. The crew were so careful, reassuring and encouraging to her. It was long way through Friday traffic but they stopped moving mum to a wheelchair so she get fresh air. We were an hour late with the discharge (due to NHS admin issues) but they waited patiently (and definitely sped up the the process!). All round 5**.

Very kind paramedics, Justin & Sophie. They were very kind & patient especially having to wait an hour for hospital discharge. It was a Long drive, 6hrs in slow heavy traffic but were always calm. They were particularly careful moving our mother, Angela Marks & were very reassuring & encouraging. Even allowed her to sit in wheelchair in fresh air at a service station break.

Neil and Jade transferred my mum from hospital to care home today they were amazing. So kind and made my mum feel calm and safe. The service was great value money, punctual and professional. I would definitely use them again.

The ambulance turned up on time and the crew were absolutely top class. It made what could have been a very difficult day much easier on the patient and the Family. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing the care and attention of an extremely professional outfit, from the back office to the front line staff - all 100% service orientated.

Absolutely first class service. Turned up right on time, made good progress and arrived on the dot. Drivers were excellent throughout - great guys who couldn’t have been better - 10 out of 10.

I needed to move my elderly mother from her second floor flat and transport her to a care home. The situation was urgent, but unfortunately our lift was out of order so it was impossible for me to move her. EMA were able to respond and provide same-day service. Sam and Paul ware excellent - they interacted positively with my mother, explained how they would be taking her down the stairs and made her feel safe. The equipment used was appropriate for her needs, the ambulance was spotlessly clean, and sanitised before use. Thank you to Lisa who made the arrangements and kept us updated during the process. I would use this company again, I feel confident in their ability to provide a professional service.

The 3 guys who moved my father couldn’t have been kinder, more friendly or professional. That made what was a difficult day much easier and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EMA

I had the pleasure of meeting Sam on Friday to discuss the EMA patient transport services and to show him the facilities at Bournview Care Home. Sam was extremely professional and polite throughout our meeting. He took the time to thoroughly explain the range of services offered by EMA and assured me that no request is considered too much trouble. The ambulance itself was well maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness and organisation. It was evident that all necessary equipment was readily available and Sam was very knowledgeable about all areas of patient transport and care. I would recommend Sam and the EMA team to anyone in need of their services.

Sam and Julie transported my dad how suffers with dementia to his new care home. It was quite emotional for him and the family and they were very patient, kind and calm which made him feel very safe. Michelle who I made the booking was also extremely helpful, they completely took the stress out of the travel

Wonderfully helpful and kind from start to finish. Helpful on the phone initially, let us know in advance on the day that the were nearly there to collect dad.

Very calm, professional and friendly which was really appreciated on a stressful moving day for my dad. Waited around for us to complete on the property and got dad in to the new flat with no issues.

Wonderful experience with Megan and Pete today. They went over and above in helping us when my husband suffered a nasty falling the garden.
They arrived very promptly ,Megan did an exemplary job in patching us up. They were both so helpful in the home, and they transported us to Corby Urgent Care Centre where he was quickly assessed and cared for. We were so lucky to receive help from such a great team after a harrowing and frightening experience. Thank you.xxxx

Wonderful experience with Sophie & Pete transporting a very anxious patient ME, to a hospital appointment - highly recommend

Whilst on a family holiday in Torquay my grandad suffered a heart attack and also developed pneumonia. He was already living with a disability from having multiple strokes 30 years ago, and so upon being eligible to be released from hospital his mobility was extremely poor - he went from limited mobility to virtually non-existent. We had the tremendous worry of transporting him back home to Southampton as safely and comfortably as possible. I found EMA online and submitted a request for a quote - they instantly returned back with clear information. Making the booking for transport was effortless and the two medical professionals who facilitated the transport on the day were nothing short of amazing. Leveraging the required safety equipment to move my grandad safely, they were consistently clear, friendly and polite. My grandmother was able to accompany in the vehicle, and throughout the 3 hour+ journey the team were so friendly and reassuring the whole way. They ensured that he arrived back to his home in Southampton safely and comfortably which is all we could’ve asked for - EMA helped turn a hugely worrying and stressful situation into a comforting one. Our family are so grateful to have found EMA and wouldn’t hesitate recommending their service.

l booked an ambulance to take me from a care home in Westgate to my home in Ramsgate.I had been having a very bad time in the home and just wanted to get back home. The driver and his assistant were wonderful I was treated with respect and my wellbeing was their priority.
