Love Elsie's Attic, beautiful clothes, quick to deliver and returns are simple, great customer service, I emailed them and had a response within 24 hrs, money was refunded quickly. I can highly recommend this little business, I have even been to the 'Attic' , what a beautiful old church, Great service, great clothes, lovely members club. They even have plus size models so if your a little curvy you get a true idea of sizing. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed 🥰

I absolutely love this company. I have ordered quite a few dresses from here. This month I have bought 2 dresses and a hoody.
The quality of clothing is second to none and the fit is always perfect.
I can’t recommend them enough. If I ever have a question, I message the team and always get a prompt, polite response.

I’ve ordered from Elsie’s Attic before and was so happy with the clothes then. Made another order recently and again, the clothes are lovely and the quality even better than before.
Their designs and comfort sizes are so refreshing to have true to their sizing description.
Their customer service is also fantastic and friendly. Highly recommended.

Had a few items over the years. They're not the best quality but nice designs, something a bit different and I've been happy enough. Recently made an order which has not arrived several weeks later. To be fair, it is royal mail's fault and EA have refunded me straight away once I made them aware that I had not received the order. Overall, I would recommend.

Terrible quality tulle skirt, belt / bow was not fixed to waistband so didn’t tie nicely. Price of skirt even with 15% discount (£50.99!) did not reflect the quality at all. Returned and was refunded quickly but minus postage costs so have completely wasted my money, costs nearly £5 for postage. Overpriced, bad quality product and bad customer service. Will not be ordering again.

I would NOT recommend this company whatsoever. I ordered and payed for a skirt 10 weeks ago and still have not received my item. This is for my son’s wedding and now I’ve had to order a backup outfit just in case. Very disappointed altogether. Nearly every week I’ve had to chase this up with emails asking where my skirt is. Very poor communication and no way to run a business. I could of had a wedding dress made quicker than this. Awful! Customer service

Terrible customer service , I ordered 2 hoodies after about a month of emails to and fro they say they’ve resent them , then tell me they were delivered ,not to me they weren’t , they had used the incorrect postcode and the only advice they offered was to go to that address!! No refund no replacement hoodies, all I was offered was a 20 percent discount off my next order, there will be no next order!! I have ordered many times from them and never had a problem, but there customer service is shocking .

Nice designs but cheaply made with cheap material.

Ordered a jumpsuit, wore for a couple of hours at a wedding, by end of the wedding the seams at the side and the front were coming undone. Contacted Elsies Attic and arranged a return and replacement. Replacement arrived today, seams came apart at the back when I was trying it on. Requested refund but still have to go through the hassle of returning item before I am refunded, despite photographic evidence of the faulty item.

The dress i ordered just arrived.
4 pound postage.
Dress is shoved into a brown envelope and is ripped.
Very poor quality for a £65 dress,and cheap material and not true to size.
Unable to navigate the free returns label as my phone doesnt allow it and still waiting for a response from EA.
Very disappointing and very poor service.

I'd followed Elsie's Attic on social media for some time. I really liked their clothing and then I got round to purchasing a hoodie in December 2021. The item arrived but sadly it was defective and there was a purple stain on the material. I arranged a return straight away, stating the reason and requested a refund. The item hadn't even been tried on. I receive a refund but notice that they'd only given me a partial refund and charged me for the initial postage. I pointed out they'd charged me for receiving defective clothing and I expected they should refund the whole order. They then refunded everything.

Had the return process been straightforward I would have considered the defective item a simple mistake and been open to using them again. However, it left me feeling as though they couldn't be trusted.

I was a long time admirer, but you lost me when I became a first time customer. You need to be 100% straightforward with your returns policy.

The clothing is lovely. But since decided to return a dress that was too big, I found out that their returns policy is illegal in the UK. I said this on one of their Facebook posts, which was immediately removed by them, and I'm now not able to post any comments.
Beware if you purchase anything, that they need to receive your returned items within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Its against UK law (legally you only need to let them know within 14 days of receipt of goods, and return items within 28 days). I've reported them to trading standards too.

First order and won't order again. Rubbish quality

Iv tried several times to contact regarding a faulty item. Emailed first then social media, no response terrible customer services.

Ordered 5 items different designs & sizes and got sent one the wrong size. (Hoodies are super huge anyway). Asked twice once in an email & again on my returns letter for the correct size on one design I liked and never received it. Just a refund. Nice quality items, though print quality wasn’t anywhere as good as other firms. Still would have kept one hoodie if they’d sent me the correct one as I asked them twice…. Shame as now wouldn’t use again.
