Popped in to grab some last minute ski boots before hitting the slopes. The staff not only provided us with exceptional service and knowledge but left us smiling from ear to ear. The ski boots were comfier than my grandmas knitted socks. Great equipment, great service and amazing staff. Special shoutout to Rob who was the absolute standout.

Absolutely A* class service at the Castleford store. Keith G in the ski boot fitting shop was so knowledgeable and provided me with so much information, whilst cracking me up with his great sense of humour. EB have all the mod cons for making sure the boot is a bespoke fit, I would highly recommend. I walked out with a great pair of Atomic Hawx ski boots with a customised insole and I cannot wait to get on the snow with them! Great experience all round, thank you.

Went in to get my first pair of ski boots. Got the free appointment to pick the right boots for me. Was helped by Ed. Very knowledgable and friendly. Very pleased with the service and got exactly what I wanted and additional knowledge. Excited to start using them soon. Would highly recommend

Went into Castleford store yesterday and was guided by Tom Starbuck to purchase new custom fit ski boots. Tom had excellent knowledge, patience and overall great customer service.
Having worked in retail all my life it takes a lot to impress me but he certainly did that. I would highly recommend the ski boot fitting service and the top class service I received.

I used the free boot fitting service and Ollie gave me excellent advice. My new boots are a really super fit and I now know a lot more about my boots and how they should fit. Also what I can do to adjust if needed.

Went in and spoke to Nathan at Castleford about snowboard goggles,he advised to bring my helmet to check for best fit. Did as he said and tried on a couple of pairs and bought some! Good service, really pleased

Fast and efficient, friendly staff for a ski boot fitting.

I came to Ellis Brigham (Castleford) to get my ski boots (make sure you book an appointment first). The whole team were so friendly and my attendant was incredibly informative. I’d had in my idea the sort of boot I wanted and he listened, came out with recommendations and the ultimately settled on an incredibly comfortable boot. No niggle was too much and the whole process is designed to get the best out of the boot for you and to ensure it fits you rather than just making do. Would thoroughly recommend.

I purchased some boots today from the Braehead shop. My experience was fantastic, all the staff were very helpful but I have to give a shout out to Andy, he is an asset to the team. He made me feel very heard and his skills in boot fitting helped us land on the right pair for me. I really enjoyed my time with him. He spent time getting to know me and my skiing experience and suited his approach to reflect that. If I could have left him a tip I would have. I'll definitely return to Ellis Brigham in the future.
