Easy to talk about community. Ellie actually does it.
I've never met Ellie in person. We've swapped voice notes and messages for a while now.
I sent her a song I'd made called Helping People Help People. All I asked was for her to have a listen and maybe use a bit of it on a reel if she liked it. Instead she made a post about it, put it in front of her own community and explained why the message mattered to her.
Nothing in it for her. She just did it.
Every time I've asked her something she's come back with proper advice. Not vague, not a fob off. The kind of answer that actually helps you work out what to do next.
She's one of the kindest people I've come across in this space and she'll do it for someone she's never met. She gives that much away I'd say she runs on fumes half the time.
Worth saying that the people who spend their time helping everyone else don't often get much back.

Amazing podcast talking about active problems and has amazing and valid viewpoints on every episode. Keep it up Ellie✨

Great podcast with a lot of potential

My late diagnosis following the loss of my wife left me in pieces. I searched for help with coping and found very little lived experience to lean upon. EllieAuDHD has changed this. Her unashamed, bold, and downright funny accounts of her own neurodivergent experience leaves me feeling like I've finally found my tribe. She's raw, vulnerable, brave and crazy. She and her guests leave no stone unturned in her podcasts.
She cares and she's kind and it shows. I've learned to develop coping strategies for everyday life that she gives freely and with love for her tribe.

I absolutely love Ellieaudhd. I recently was late diagnosed with AudHD and I was having alot of mixed emotions. I was finding it extremely fustrating and difficult to find help, support, knowledge, and a place where I fit in and was accepted. Ellieaudhd has checked ALL those boxes and more! I get to hear about Ellie's and others AudHDers real life experiences, learn about myself and how others navigate their lives through their AudHD symptoms. Ellie has an amazing, upbeat, kind, spicy and fun personality and every one of her posts reflects this!!! I follow Ellieaudhd because I always feel welcomed, safe to share there, and her posts are always so fun, upbeat and REAL!!! I highly reccomend Ellieaudhd to everyone who is AudHD, or who has a friend or loved one who has been diagnosed! I personally share Ellie's posts with my husband to help him and us as a couple understand my new diagnosis better! I also share these posts with my AudHD son as well. It helps us to accept and love ourselves better than we could ever have imagined and to know that we are not alone with our life struggles and our odd and quirky behaviors! Thank you Ellie! ❤️🥰🙏🙏🙏

I can’t say enough amazing things about Ellie. I have only recently discovered all that Ellie has to offer but I first was impressed at how much hard work it all must have been. To dedicate yourself to the emotional healing of people you don’t even know says so much about the kind of person you are. You will find that Ellie is available as soon as she can to respond to questions and concerns. Most importantly, Ellie knows firsthand the trials that AuDHD individuals experience everyday and she is a great resource for tools to navigate daily life. Personally, thank you, Ellie! In the short time I have known her she has become someone that I value as a friend.
