Good products and fast shipping. Would just prefer not to receive free gifts unless they are samples or the $5 discounts. Some may enjoy it but i find the electric hand mixer will be a dust collector.

Good customer service
One of the product was supplied with this month Nov 2025 expiry. How someone can consume 90 tablets in 1 month when 1 tablet per day is allowed. Issue was addressed by their team and now I am good.

Arrived damaged, not helpful staff, dodgy upsells
Arrived damaged, took 2 weeks to get a replacement, staff unwilling to assist and phrased a legally required replacement of open food items (Not safe!) as 'an act of good will', AFTER arguing for 2 weeks. Not happy, will not be ordering through them again. Had a $5 insurance added to my cart that offered less than Australian Consumer law. Surprised the insurance is legal as it offers nothing more than your rights.

We sincerely apologise for the frustration this situation has caused. After reviewing the full exchange, we understand that the "melted" and split protein bars were a concern for you. As we explained earlier, these cold-pressed bars are perfectly fine to consume even if they appear slightly distorted, and we hoped to resolve this in a way that suited you.
We did try to offer a solution, including a gift voucher for your trouble, as well as the option to return the items for an exchange. When the return came back, we received only 10 out of the 12 bars, which led to a slight delay in processing the replacement. We always strive to resolve matters fairly and promptly, and we apologise for any confusion.
As a goodwill gesture, we had arranged for a replacement free of charge. Thank you again for your patience, and we appreciate your understanding.

Excellent help, support and super easy online
I have used some supps before but never really did much research. I've just got back into the gym and wanted to maximize my workouts so I got in touch with Alex for some help. She was super knowledgeable and went over and above to make some great recommendations for my goals. Elite has a great range of products, brands and all flavours to choose from.
