The ease of ordering the products. The prices and how fast it got to me.

I visited your store at Robina a few months ago and awhile later I wanted to purchase more vitamins so I looked online and found I could have delivery .this has been wonderful as I rarely travel to Robina. Delivery arrives 2 days after I order so I am really happy with your service. I have told friends as well thank you

⭐️ Very disappointing products and customer service

I purchased the Mrs Taste Barbecue, Tomato, Buffalo and American Burger sauces, and unfortunately, I found all of them extremely disappointing. The taste was very sour, unpleasant and completely unpalatable. I genuinely could not enjoy any of the sauces and felt that they were a waste of money.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the response when I contacted the company to request a refund or return the products. I was essentially told that it was considered a “change of mind” and that they would not provide a refund unless the products were damaged or broken.

I understand that businesses need policies around change-of-mind returns, but this wasn’t simply a case of me changing my mind about wanting the products. I purchased them expecting sauces that would be enjoyable and usable, and instead found the flavour so unpleasant that I couldn’t eat them.

Given the price of the products, I expected much better quality and, at the very least, a more understanding approach from customer service. Unfortunately, based on both the products themselves and the way my complaint was handled, I would not purchase Mrs Taste sauces again or recommend them to others nor would I recommend Elite supplements!

it was great my delivery came and everything was intact

my only issue is that with the bottle the lid broke and is not leakproof anymore.

Last online purchase with them was terrible

Bought 3 bags of nexus protein water and it arrived damaged.There was protein powder all over the box.

Reached out to customer service and they couldn't do anything because I didn't pay for shipping insurance

I felt worse when I stabled upon this review page and found out that others have also experienced damaged goods.

This only shows that elite supplements do not care about customer experience

The product itself was perfectly fine, and the delivery time was reasonable. However, the delivery options were a major disappointment.

Despite living in a metropolitan area and having one of the company’s outlets in a major shopping centre less than 5 km from me, I was unable to select Click & Collect. The option was simply greyed out and unavailable.

I also tried to have the order delivered to an Australia Post parcel locker, but after entering my address, that option was also greyed out and unavailable.

As a result, I had no choice but to pay more than $16 for delivery. When the reasonable alternatives are effectively unavailable, I feel that this becomes more than just a delivery fee. It feels more like an undisclosed additional sales tax.

I have no issue with the product or the speed of delivery, but the lack of accessible delivery options, particularly for customers living close to one of the company’s physical outlets, left a very poor impression. I won't be buying from them again (I had no choice on this occasion, as I had an eVoucher).
