not good, we asked for a return the dress size 6 and replace it for size 8, so far ELIrele has not replyed.

The dress i ordered was nothing like the photo online. It was a heavy cheap material, not flowy or comfortable!
When i asked for a refund they said to keep the dress and offered me a 10% discount coupon for my next purchase. I told them Im not interested because I will never order from them again! Ive asked for a full refund at least 5 times and they just kept emailing me the same msg. Are the people running this business idiots?? THIS IS DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Scam. The dresses they advertise on their website do NOT match what they send. The quality is terrible, and when you write to complain and ask for a refund, they refuse to give one.
If you complain on Instagram, they delete the bad reviews and block you.

Scam.Dress purchased early September but still no evidence of the order being processed.Contacted them and got apologies and no movement.Regret spending so much money for a dress l wont get to wear for my event!

I would rate lower but can’t
I would rate lower but can’t. Their dresses are trash and when you ask for a refund they just give you the run around. We have asked 4 times for a return label and they keep giving different options. Saying you can have 10% back keep the dress because it would “get lost in the mail and they can’t refund at all”. Do not buy from this company.
