I worked with Arash who helped me land a job at a company I was interested in working for. Arash was extremely on top of the process and communicated with me at every step of the way. I would definitely work with Arash again if I ever found looking for a new job.

I worked with Arash recently. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the interview process. He also made time to work around my busy schedule. I really appreciate him.

My first call with Arash revealed I wasn't the best fit for the job he originally reached out to me for, but he listened to me recount my smorgasbord of experience and recommended another role that has matched really well. He walked me through the interview process and since being hired I've been able to jump in and both learn and contribute right away.

After a few departures and an increase in corporate growth, the InMarket DevOps team had to be rebuilt. Elevano was able to deliver many quality engineers in a relatively short period of time. We were able to rebuild the entire time with a lot of talent and a lot of potential going forward. Additionally in the current state of industry, speed is a requirement for the interview process. Elevano was able to deliver multiple times where interviews needed to be completed in a week and they were able to achieve that goal and get offers extended to key candidates across the pipeline.

Arash was probably the best recruiter I ever worked with. Whereas most recruiters refuse to do anything other than send automated emails and try to pressure you to get on the phone for a chat, Arash was willing to correspond with me over email, discussing what I would need in order to make a satisfactory move, and ultimately helped me land an exciting Lead Frontend Developer position at a company that does something positive for the world. I have since recommended him to other people in similar positions and seen them land in other great jobs as well.

This was my first time recruiting post-college, reflecting back on the process, I realize there was a lot that I had not thought through. Many of them I had never heard of - but by the end of those initial conversations, I was excited and had wanted to interview with them. Arash connected me with opportunities that I would have otherwise not have found or tried for.

Throughout the entire process, Arash was clear and transparent, persistent but not forceful, and was extremely helpful and informative. Arash regularly followed up after each stage of my interview process and he scheduled regular calls to check-in with my progress with other companies. Arash listened extremely well and engaged me in a comprehensive, ongoing dialogue throughout my entire interview process. When I was not sure of how to evaluate my progress or what I had learned from an interview, Arash provided unbiased, factual information and played the role of a soundboard for me to bounce thoughts and ideas without influencing me towards his own agenda. It was clear that Arash truly wanted what was the best for me.

During my offer decision stage, I had an offer for an opportunity Arash was recruiting for and a handful of offers from other recruiters. Arash made himself available during my entire decision process to help facilitate negotiations between me and the company he was recruiting for. He handled communication back and forth as my evaluation criteria evolved based on new offers coming in and existing offers changing. This made the entire process very easy for me (and I’m sure the company on the other side as well). He was transparent when he thought expectations couldn't be met.

I highly recommend Arash to everyone - anyone looking for help recruiting, anyone looking for a new job, anyone looking for a career advisor/coach.

Worked with Arash to interview with a company. He was transparent from the beginning and very responsive, one of the best recruiters I’ve seen. He really got me a great offer at a great company with lots of good work. Along the way he advised me I would be interviewed by great people, which I certainly did and it was one of those few times I really enjoyed every one of my interviews.
