Your call if to use then, but I can guarantee that description which they are placing for their tvs are not accurate, so expect a little surprises

Do not trust this company. Awful, awful awful customer service. TVs are never as they say they are and when you send it back to get repaired, they say it is broken and don't offer a refund or anything in return. They just hope you forget about it. Never trust this company, don't give them your money. The bunch of them are crooks

Hidden repairs, wrong parts, dead in 18 months – sold as Grade A!!!
I bought an LG OLED55C2 (55”), listed as Grade A with just some scratches on the back. I was fine with that.
Right from the start, the sound was off – muffled, no bass, almost broken. I mentioned this, but decided to live with it and bought a soundbar.
Now, less than 18 months later, the TV completely died – red standby light only, no picture or sound.
During repair I found out the shocking truth: inside my C2 was actually a main board from a 48” LG C3, made in July 2023. My TV itself was manufactured in October 2022. In other words, it had already been tampered with and fitted with the wrong board before it reached me.
So the bad sound from day one and the total failure now make sense. Grade A was supposed to mean light cosmetic damage, not hidden internal swaps from a different model.
I reached out to the seller but so far got nowhere. If they continue to ignore me, I’ll be taking this further – through Citizens Advice and, if needed, to Small Claims Court under the Consumer Rights Act.
This whole experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend buying from this seller.
Great Products, Great Service
I have bought three tv’s from here over the last 10 years and all have been fantastic. I had one issue with a backlight after 8 months and it was repaired without any questions or issues which is also testament to their warranty and after service.
Worst experience
I can honestly say that this was the worst customer service x product x price experience I’ve ever had. These guys sold me a duff telly which they failed to repair, tried then fobbing me off telling me their “policy” which was in plain defiance of my legal rights, after which they just straight up ignored me for weeks so had to file a small claims court, which they settled without question but never once apologised or offered any goodwill. I also filed a subject access request which was also ignored and to date unfulfilled. The very clear feeling you’re just a dupe to be milked and ignored when you make a fuss, coupled with a clear sense that whatever the law says is another inconvenience to be worked around.
I wouldn’t buy a tv anywhere else.

I've bought 2 TV's from Electronic world. I live in London...first TV I bought 5 plus years ago. Gave it to a family member when I bought second TV earlier this year.
The prices are beyond unbelievable. I already recommend Electronic World to friends and family.
I'll never go anywhere else to buy a TV...EVER.
I'd give them 11 out of 10 if I could.

Great TV, Great price, Just okay communication
Really impressed with the TV I purchased from here. I bought a Graded A Samsung S95D 65 Inch TV for about £800.00 less than list price elsewhere. Item exactly as described, in mint condition and in original box. 2 screws missing to mount the one connect box to stand and the power cable didn't work. However these were very cheap and easy to replace myself and to be expected with a Graded purchase such as this. The staff on the phone and delivery drivers were very polite and helpful.
The only reason I have given 4 Stars not 5 is just about Communication which I think could be improved. After purchase, I got one email confirmation. I didn't hear anything for 4 days so I called up myself to arrange delivery. Arranged for the Monday. On the Sunday I missed a call, called back 30 mins later and they confirmed as I hadn't confirmed my delivery on Monday (Even though I called up and confirmed the day before) they now were moving my delivery to the Tuesday. Product arrived Tuesday exactly as described. Very happy, I just think a little better communication on email re. delivery would help.
Remember to check what 'Grade' product you are buying, they are very transparent about any issues and the quantity of pictures and attention to detail on any marks / damage is very clear before you purchase.
Highly recommend this company and the products.

I've been coming to ElectronicWorldTV for over 10 years and I can say that the customer service and quality of their products is fantastic.
Over the 10 years I still have the TVs I have bought and they remain in perfect working order.
I would recommend 10/10 for these guys!
Brilliant Staff! Brilliant TV
Had a fantastic experience with the staff at Electronic World in Birmingham, unfortunately the delivery company they use damaged my TV and i was most upset about this, after sending all the photos and letting them know what had happened they didn’t question me and promptly replaced my TV with an even better one 2 days later.
The quality of the TV + the discounted rate they offer them out at is phenomenal value and combined with the customer service it’s as good as any wholesaler of electrical goods if not far better.
