I used this company for a first time, get a recommendation from a friend so I give it a try. I found a very nice SonyTv for awesome price so I decided to go pick it up. Great communication since a first touch, staff double check if everything works properly - tv screen, freeview, remote etc. repack and load it to my car. All done and dusted in less than 20 minutes. If I will need tv again or know someone I will 1000% recommend.

Tv as describe apart from it didn’t mention about the corner of the tv frame was not sitting correctly. Delivery was ok. Seems the drivers just wanted to go as quick as possible. Wanted me to sign before it was even switched on.

So far, so extremely good!
We purchased a Samsung TV and the arrival was fast and service was good. We are very happy so far and would definitely be customers again in the future.

Great delivery team, proved the TV was working before leaving.
TV was heavily discounted however has no notable flaws, displays perfectly.
Included wall mounting bracket is high quality and fits the TV.

The tv is gorgeous but the wall brackets I ordered never came

My Brother told me about this site and at first I thought it was too good to be true, the prices are mind-blowing! he got his Sony TV from there and it's pretty much brand new. So I did the same and I'm glad I did! To think how much I could have paid for a new TV and to see how much I've saved! I'm so happy I got mine from here as well.

I was a little worried about purchasing online but I needn't have worried. I received regular updated and the TV is exactly as described. Delivery was excellent and, as stipulated, the delivery men unpackaged and plugged the TV in prior to departing. I would definitely use again. Very happy

Wanted a 55 inch, curved TV, Ali was extremely helpful, I ended up buying an LG OLED, All packaged up safely for me and loaded into my car, all set up now, superb picture, would definitely recommend based on my personal experience

Got my TV on 13th August.
It was very slow,turns off on its own and gets disconnected from internet.

Gave for repair initially said 3 working days its been over a week and TV not yet dispatched.
Horrible staff was rude and helpless.
Bad experience.

Great company this is my second tv from them the other one lasted 15 years.

Wasn't told when the item was dispatched nor an expected delivery date so couldn't plan on when to be home to expect it. When it did turn up, I was surprised that the driver just dropped it off and left as everyone says they unpack it for you and set it up. I opened it up and the screen was smashed and broken in several places. I called straight away and spoke to a man who sounded really annoyed that I had dared to phone about this issue. He grunted that I should email photos and it will be sorted in 24 hours. That was 23 hours ago and I have had 1 response from them last night and nothing today. It seems they're trying to avoid getting this sorted on a Friday before the weekend and the bank holiday. I'll now be attempting a chargeback with my bank. Not only do we not have a tv now, we also don't have any money as electronic world seem to not care whatsoever about refunding it. Cowboy company. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
