STILL WAITING!!

Still waiting for Kenwood mixer cover which I ordered 19th February. Very poor service I think. Have tried several times to phone you but always engaged so I am wondering if other customers are as frustrated as I am!

Scam???

I recently purchased a kettle. Received confirmation order email and then no further contact. I have sent 3 emails since I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and have yet to received a response. Payment has been made for the kettle and now I feel like I have been scammed. I would strongly discourage anyone else from using this website.
