We've dined at El Camino Cantina Chermside twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, seated us promptly, and took the time to explain the specials and any menu changes.

Our meals arrived in perfect time and were nothing short of spectacular—delicious, vibrant, and packed with flavor. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable, with a laid-back vibe that makes for a great dining atmosphere.

What really set the experience apart however, was the customer service. I reached out via their website's contact form, and Rinky, the manager, personally replied quickly and resolved my query with ease. That kind of attention and care is rare and truly appreciated. 10/10, we’ll definitely be back.

Steep surcharges, and no signs showing rates, and staff don't know either.
6.5% credit card surcharge on Amex.
5.0% default tip.
The online ordering is setup with the tip pre-ticked, you have to untick it. I think the tip doesn't even go to the staff; it is just profiteering.
