Would give no stars if I could!!

Oldbury branch.

Bought helium balloons. One was obviously overfilled and popped within 2 minutes of leaving the shop. Manager refused to refund and made me purchase another.

The second one also popped within 2 minutes of leaving the shop. This time my brother-in-law took it back and was provided a new balloon without having to pay. Although, he was questioned as to whether we had children in the car!! When the second balloon was provided, the assistant stated I’ve not filled it as much this time, thus proving my point about overfilling the first balloon!!

Hope they have enjoyed the £8.00 profit they have made today!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

These people obviously don't want custum as they don't answer inquiry emails! Very poor customer service.

Been buying cakes from our local shop but these cake shop are absolutely telling their customer that they are wrong. They dont listen to their customers and never compensation to the customers.

I am taking this further to my complain and make sure its closes down i am not happy how they treated me

I went into store on Tuesday to try gluten free and vegan cakes on sale.

As I suffer from coeliac disease I was very cautious in wanting to try the cake. However, the lady behind the counter ensured me it would be safe as it's made and packed in a whole gluten free section with different utensils used and assured there is no cross contamination.

After trying the cake, I was violently sick and spent my whole evening in the bathroom.

I also bought a vegan cake as my 18 month old child suffers from severe allergies and luckily on this occasion I decided not to give him the cake.

The staff in store strongly reassured me that the cake is coeliac safe however after checking the website I've seen the cakes are actually handled in a factory that handles wheat and milk! THIS IS NOT SAFE! It also needs to be stated on the gluten free and vegan cake packaging as it is negligible.

The disconcern and the lack of responsibility the staff have shown really worries me as allergies and intolerances can cause debilitating lifelong issues or could potentially cause death.

Got a chocolate cake for my daughter’s birthday from Wolverhampton’s shop. It was very delicious. Great cake with the perfect amount of chocolate. I will definitely be buying from here again.

Hopeless cakes! Dry sponge, cream was hard and tasteless, spent £29 waste of money!! Never going back to this shop, they recently open new branch in Northfield, Birmingham!

I had to leave review this time..
Made a order for Birthday cake in the shop, wrote cake sponge (chocolate) what we needed, date & size plus left note for the picture which i suppose to email them paid money in, almost they had good 6 days to get the order right..btw email picture straight away.. to b on top i called them one day in advance to make sure all good.. firstly the lady who picked didn't even understand me & hang up, called 2nd time again she had no idea wht was going on, even i translate in to punjabi too but still hanged the call.. 3rd time lady picked up with better accent & understanding she said she knows the order they have the picture to just come tomorrow to pick up.. now, on the day i went there & found out the cake has vanilla sponge which i never asked & has no picture on bcoz they made a mistake by no checking email.. & i have to take the cake wht they have or have to wait another hour or so.. disgusted & surprisingly they weren't even SORRY bcoz they dont know anything abt Customer service...
