This company is terrible when it comes to returns, especially if you have a sizing issue. I previously ordered an extra-small coat, but they sent me an oversized one. Since it didn't fit, I had no choice but to return it.
I kept contacting customer service, but all I received were the same automated responses over and over before they finally sent me the return instructions. They require you to return the item within 7 days, but instead of providing a U.S. return address, they gave me a return address in China. Ironically, the package was shipped to me from a warehouse in the USA.
The coat cost me $113, but the return shipping to China costs even more than the item itself. They don't provide a prepaid return label or cover any of the return shipping costs. It's completely unreasonable and makes returning an item nearly impossible.
I feel like I was scammed. I would not recommend buying from this company unless you're absolutely certain the item will fit, because if you need to return it, you'll likely end up losing your money.

初めてEGGKAを利用しました。ネット通販なので写真通りか不安でしたが…想像以上に良かったです！生地もしっかりしてるし、サイズも普段通りでジャストでした。シルエットも体型を程よくカバーしてくれるので、すごく気に入ってます

Bought this on a whim because it was so cheap, so I really wasn't expecting much. But wow, EGGKA totally blew me away! The fabric has this really nice, expensive weight to it, and the color looks exactly like it did on my screen.
