Worst shipping experience of my life

Tracking status is meaningless. Website is inscrutable. Customer service is useless. They didn't follow through on a single commitment they made to me. Not one. It took nearly 2 months to ship a(n undamaged) television across the same state, and that was only after the SELLER escalated the matter to avoid having to issue a refund.

So help me God, I will never patronize another business that ships with Estes.

Still waiting after 2 no-shows

I was scheduled for a delivery on 2/27. They never showed up and never called. Once I got in contact with them I was given different reason why. I rescheduled for 3/5. Again they didn't show up. Again they never called. Again I was given different reasons why. Now I am waiting for them to "call" and reschedule. I have lost 2 days of work so far. The company is a joke.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered a shed (not assembled of course) from Sam’s Club 12/29/25. It asked for a scheduled delivery date upon checkout earliest was 1/13/26. I chose the earliest date since I was off of work that day. I get the notifications and emails that my package has arrived at the facility 1/9/26. I called them to let them know they can deliver it early if they would like on 1/12/26 since I’ll be off of work both days. They told me no it would still be delivered today 1/13/26. I received multiple emails over the weekend confirming the delivery date. Today 1/13/26 I receive a call and voicemail about 11:30 am stating it will be delivered first thing tomorrow morning on 1/14/26. I immediately call back to ask why and make sure it will be here before 1:30pm on 1/14 due to work. They then proceed to tell me that can’t be promised and will closer to 5pm on when it will arrive. I have to be home to be able to open the gate to my driveway and explained this. Spent over an hour talking to multiple people and was given excuses that they didn’t have a big enough truck today to not knowing how big it was to no drivers. The shed has been sitting there since Friday. They knew how big it was and knew what they need. Supervisor calls me and states the can make sure it’s here first thing Thursday morning 1/15/26. Received an email 30 minutes after the call from the company stating the shed will be delivered today 1/13/26. So what day is it now? The last promised date of 1/15/26 or today like originally scheduled and canceled? Awful company to deal with. And their customer service is just as bad.

Incompetent and Dishonest

I ordered an expensive treadmill from bowflex/johnson health tech/horizon and they use this terrible company to handle thier shipping. Everything was going smoothly until it reached the delivery hub in Humble Texas. I called the day after it arrived there to schedule a delivery date and had a conversation with the person that picked up.

The conversation was pleasant and she informed me that they could deliver my package that day. Great, I thought. Not what I was expecting but it was a pleasant surprise. She told me if for some reason they weren’t able to deliver she’d call me back.

I took the day off and waited…and waited…and waited. At about 2 I tried to reach back out just to check and see if had gotten on a truck. I called about 4 times and it just rings for 5 minutes and goes to a message machine. I left a message after the 4th or 5th call. At this point all I want to do is schedule a delivery so I can prepare to take another day off.

Fast forward to Thursday and after several unanswered calls and messages nothing has changed. It’s unbelievable. I reached out to thier chat support team and was informed that my package was out for delivery. No call. No scheduling. No indication that that was the case but the person confirmed it twice (I have screen shots). I took another day off and waited…and waited…and waited. 2 rolls around and I contact chat again and they inform me that there is no indication that it is out for delivery and the previous agent just blatantly lied to me.

2 days off is about 1000 dollars in income for me and I have gotten nothing but lies. Not even an actual scheduled day. They’re impossible to deal with.

Also their tracking system is absolutely terrible. You’re supposed to be able to schedule an appointment online but there has been no way to do it since I’ve been trying for several days. I was told “our IT team is working on it”. Yeah, ok.

At this moment there is still no resolution or communication from them. This company is one of the most incompetent and dishonest businesses I’ve ever dealt with.

Clown Show believe EFW reviews bought a 85 inch television from Eal mart watched the 2 drivers unload my TV like it was a pillow I knew it was shattered when I saw the box buy your electronics at the store I knew better on me but this company is a complete joke buyers be aware

I am very disappointed in the service

I am very disappointed in the service, ordered fitness equipment from Bowflex on 1/29/2025 and EFW was the shipper of the equipment, with no communication, and I haven't spoken with anyone at the Atlanta Georgia Facility where the order was shipped to.

The communication was horrible

The communication was horrible. They were scheduled to pick my package up that I was returning to Walmart and they never showed up. When I called them they pushed the pickup to 3 days later. Today I called and they said they weren't picking it up because of the weather. This has been a horrible experience and I can't believe Walmart contracts with this company. If I could have given them a negative star I would have.

If I could give this place less than a…

If I could give this place less than a one star I would. I am severely physically disabled and they were supposed to be delivering me a bed. They failed to deliver not once, but on multiple occasions, leaving me to sleep on the floor because they decided to deliver outside of the agreed-upon timeframe and then blamed me for not being there. When the discussed timeframe is 3 pm and later, and they show up at 8 AM day of without my confirmation to do so that is not my fault that is on the company. It has been an extended amount of time past the original date, it was supposed to be delivered and I still have not received my order and I have not heard back from the company after my last message to them over a week ago.

Very good experience

They encountered mechanical difficulties on the day of delivery, called to discuss and continued to work to make their delivery date. Upon arrival they offloaded and unpacked the shipment. The team was polite, professional, and very helpful despite a long day for them.

So I was very nervous about this…

So I was very nervous about this company delivering my new dining table from Target, but I was pleasantly surprised once delivered.

When I ordered my dining table from Target, I saw that they were using a 3rd party company (EFW) to deliver my table. I looked them up immediately and was nervous about all the 1 star reviews. I will say their customer service is NOT great. My table came in a week before the delivery date and was waiting at 1 of their warehouses to be delivered. I called EFW's customer service and they couldn't find my tracking number at first. Then they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up because I couldn't wait another second. Their customer service is pretty much incompetent. So I called Target instead and they told me that my table would be delivered with the delivery date given. So my table was basically sitting at their warehouse.

I signed up for text message updates, and to my surprise, I received a text saying that my table would be delivered a few days early and EFW provided a specific date and time. To my surprise, my table was delivered during that date and time given. The two nice men who delivered my table were nice enough to put my boxed table in my home so I wouldn't have to drag it in.

Having my table delivered early was good enough for me. If you are looking for great customer service reps, this company is not it. But the delivery men I dealt with were pleasant and went above to bring my table in my home. And to me that's what matters. :)

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Target utilized them to pick up a mattress return. I had to wait a week for a pick up appointment. On the scheduled date, a Friday, I followed up about 4pm to see if there was an issue. Their reps claimed they were still coming, despite the dispatcher not answering calls. I followed up with Target, and they told Target there was no one coming as there were truck issues. Pick up was rescheduled for Monday, Labor Day. Their reps assured Target they would be working on Labor Day. I chatted with EFW twice on Monday and was assured they were coming. At 4pm, I again followed up with Target. EFW told Target they weren’t working on Labor Day, but would pick up on Tuesday. At that point I opted to haul the mattress to Target myself.

Some companies just don’t care and MAKE money!

It must be nice to be a company where you don’t have to meet commitments or care about your customers and STILL get the business of major retailers. This company kept changing delivery dates. Then on the date it committed to deliver the shipment, it changed the delivery window without notice. THEN, the delivery drivers never showed up. I called the company and the person said he would check with the dispatcher and put me on hold. When he returned he said the dispatcher “was not responding.” But he promised to call me back when he found out what happened. I never got a call back. What an absolute POS company! The CEO should be fired but he’s making his millions with no repercussions on how poorly the company is run. So many words I could use to describe the company and its management.

Ordered some equipment from horizon and…

Ordered some equipment from horizon and this has been the worst customer service from the transportation company for delivery. Cannot get straight answers from anyone from the customer to the transportation company. Transportation company will definitely tell you what you want to hear. My package shows it has been sitting at the terminal in dfw for 9 days now. The supervisor at the transportation company has now said they are looking for it and to please give 2 more days. Every time we call that is what we are being told to please give 2 more days while they find it.

Great Experience

After seeing all of the negative reviews I was really worried when I found out that they were the delivery company for Walmart. I was pleasantly surprised. The man that delivered my 75 inch tv was very careful and even helped me get it into the house. It would have been hard for me as I am74 years old.

Left a sectional sofa box over 300 pounds right at the front door to a young lady alone to herself and not even as a of courtesy 3 mens to bring the box inside the apartment.
