Highly recommended
Great service from beginning to end. Edwards Removals offered a really detailed breakdown of the assessment. Booking management from that point forward was friendly, prompt and helpful. The removals team themselves were very careful and polite throughout the move. They were very quick and efficient. Would definitely book with Edwards Removals again! Highly recommended.

Unbelievable Experience
Moving home with Edwards Removals has been an amazing experience. From an amazing fast reply to the initial query, with a detailed and very competitive quote, an extremely efficient and quick removal, packing and moving boxes faster than I have ever seen (and I moved home 9x over the years) to a team extremely friendly, smiling, and eager to ensure I was satisfied. The team worked very hard and well together
The team worked very hard and well together. Arriving at about 9:00am, by mid afternoon they had already emptied our house and loaded everything into their vehicle.
At the new house, boxes and furniture were put in the rooms requested and re-assembled furniture required.
The whole service from the survey down to the move was great. We are very grateful for your flexibility. We have no hesitation in recommending Edwards.

who made our recent house move a smooth
and straightforward experience which took away all our worries.
All staff were extremely polite & professional
during all pre-packing and handled our
belongings with great care & attention. Couldn’t fault anything from start to finish. They even made us cups of tea!
So I would 100% recommend anyone to choose this company as we did.

Exemplary service - highly recommend
Brilliant company. Cannot believe how easy and simple Edwards made the whole moving experience. I used the whole packing and moving service. Edwards’ staff were even able to move my piano up to the 2nd floor, without any hassle. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move.

High care and professional experience. Had a two day move into storage and the colleagues expertly packed my belongings and were very accommodating of my requests for certain valuable items to be handled with extra care. The office was fantastic at communicating available dates. Thank you Edwards, highly recommended!

Moved with Edwards last week and without a doubt was the best move my husband and I have ever had. And we've moved more times than I care to remember.
Through the whole process their staff are patient, caring and thorough.

Sting in the tail
The team who turn up to do the packing is always excellent - I have used them 4 times over 25 years. However, having moved in the summer 2020 with everything going into their storage, they feel comfortable charging me double - twice the amount that it cost to pack and move from my previous house, two long days work - to take and unload my belongings from storage in a single day and justified it because the 125 mile journey was 'a long way to go' I feel completely taken advantage of and will never use them again.

We have spoken to the team and reviewed your account and it looks like the reason for the increase in cost was due to the full transship at your destination address which meant double handling and a second vehicle.
