I bought a motorhome from Edward James caravans three weeks ago and although it had one or two issues,these were dealt with professionally and quickly. I can honestly say that I have bought many caravans and motorhomes over the last 50 years and this is the best I’ve dealt with so far! All calls were either answered immediately or returned quickly.

Loads of Caravans to look at helpful but not to pushy staff. They left us alone to look around on our own if we needed advice thay were there to help. Great price and choice. Would recommend this place !!!!

Absolute amazing service by the guys at Edward James.
We bought our first caravan from them in March 2024 , and were so impressed with them that it was a no brainer to upgrade and purchase the second larger caravan from them in Jan 2025 .
Both caravans were purchased direct from the ad (and without viewing or seeing them physically), which should have been a gamble, but both caravans on delivery exceeded expectations .

So easy too deal with it was our second purchase of a caravan we traded our older van in got a great p-x price we were happy too accept edward and paul we excellent.

Recently brought An Auto-trial Tracker Motorhome from Edward which we are very pleased with . Had a few miner issues which Edward soon sorted with no hassle a top class service and will use again when the time for an upgrade is due.

Very satisfied with the service. I had not seen the caravan before purchase, which was a risk. But all was as described. Edward stayed late to show me the caravan, he took me through all the operation. The following day another rep for the company resolved a small issue with the setup. All communication was prompt and clear via WhatsApp. Highly recommend, they are professionals.
