Edustaff have been very supportive in their appreciation of my particular circumstances. I have felt no pressure from them at all to take on roles which are unsuitable. Both Amber and Matt B have balanced their interpretation of my needs with the opportunities that are on offer in the world of teaching. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company to represent me within my chosen profession of secondary education.

Edustaff is an excellent agency to register for. The staff are amazing, and placements in schools was very easy to achieve. They are very helpful, and helped me improve my CV dramatically. I would recommend Edustaff to friends and family members.

EduStaff were incredibly welcoming and kind and eager to help me find the job of my dreams. Within a matter of a week they got me an interview at a school and I managed to get the job! They checked in to see how I was doing both before and after the interview and I would recommend their services to anybody.

EduStaff have been very instrumental in helping me to secure a graduate teaching assistant position, in preparation for my teacher training. They are extremely thorough in creating profiles, which reduces the amount of paperwork when you are offered a job. Once invited for an interview, EduStaff offer invaluable guidance to help you prepare as best you can. Eamon has been very supportive, always responds to emails promptly, and even sent a ‘good luck’ text message prior to my interview - you feel genuinely supported by your point of contact. My experience with Edustaff has been so incredibly positive.
As a very recent university graduate with an interest in pursuing a career in teaching but not entirely sure if it would definitely be the right path for me, EduStaff have been invaluable in helping me consider the choices and opportunities available to me.

I am a graduate and contacted EduStaff as I am looking for some teaching assistant experience for a year before I jump into teacher training. Charlie in Chelmsford helped me find an ideal position within a month and was there for advice and guidance whenever I needed it. The company's links with local schools is very helpful and gives you some valuable inside knowledge whilst going through the application and selection processes.

Due to relocating with my husbands work, I signed up with EduStaff to help me become familiar with the area and secure a new job. My consultant was Charlie and I can honestly say he is a pleasure to communicate with and is brilliant at his job!

I have researched, been interviewed by, and represented by a number of teaching agencies/school recruitment groups over the past seven months, and EduStaff stands out as the most supportive and proactive I have come across. The others were the polar opposite in fact, failing to return emails and calls, some even going completely silent following the day of representation.

EduStaff could not be more distant from that description. From the very start the whole Chelmsford team were campaigning for me succeed. At the initial interview they spoke to me about how I wanted to train to become a teacher, the age range, the subject. I spoke to them about what I had been aiming for but failing to achieve (trainee Art/Photography teacher at a secondary school), for the better part of 6 months, and my adjusted goal to suit the demand (to become a primary school teacher). They responded with such enthusiasm to my initial career goal, telling me they would help me make that possible, if I wanted them to. Within one month, and two interviews later, they landed me my dream job... the one I had been aiming for, for over half a year. And I cannot thank EduStaff enough for assisting me in doing that.

It wasn't all plain sailing, the first of these two interviews was an unpleasant experience, where I was treated unfairly by a school. The Chelmsford team voiced their concerns to the school about what took place, and even spoke to higher up at EduStaff, to notify them of the event. Though I was frustrated by the situation, I felt looked after by EduStaff and they did to reassure me there was still time to find something by September - it was late June at the time, and I was starting to worry. Long story short, within one week they had arranged for me to interview at the incredible school that I will be starting at in six weeks, and I am counting my lucky stars.

I cannot thank Matt, Charlie, and Ciara enough. A huge thank you also to everyone else in the office who will have all, on numerous occasions, spoken to me on the phone and done everything they can to help.

I have only just recently graduated but felt that I was too late in apply for a teaching position for the academic year of 2018/2019. The UCAS application asks for school experience and other requirments that- with working full-time- I would have been unable to do in such a short space of time.

I happened to come across Edustaff while browsing and applied for their Premier Pathways course. Matt Burgum contacted me right away and the process has been smooth sailing since then! The company is very efficient, friendly and helped me kickstart my teaching career.

Though I haven't gone through the Premier Pathways route into teaching, Matt and his team hooked me up with a fantastic secondary school. They guided me through the interview and the necessary checks i.e. DBS.

I am now happily enroled as a teacher of this school and cannot wait for September to arrive.

Amazing and friendly staff. Emphasis on friendly. They make a lot of effort with you and keep you up to date so you don’t feel as if they have forgotten about you. They listen to your preferences as well.

I would urge anybody who wants to teach to get on board with EduStaff. Amber Claydon at Chelmsford has been incredible at advising, supporting, and securing me a job role, all within the space of a month.
