I applied for a job with Edustaff through a search engine that was sent to me via an email subscription. From the first day of being contacted by Nikki, the whole experience was so pleasant and reassuring - despite the global pandemic and uncertainty in the job market, I felt very well taken care of by Nikki and Leanne who were both extremely helpful and very fast at responding to any query I had. Within a few days, I had been put forward for a few interviews and secured an amazing position at a school ideal for me based on my qualifications and interests. Overall an amazing experience working with dedicated individuals who are really passionate about finding the right fit for each of their employees.

It was so straight forward. Tom and Jay had a conversation with me about who I was, why I wanted to teach and where I'd like to do so. From then onwards they worked on getting me interviews and they came in non stop. Would have given 6 stars if I could. I'm very grateful.

This period of time has been hard for all NQT's, as the normal route to acquiring a position has been a lot bumper than previous years. I was contacted by Edustaff after putting my CV on CV library. After an influx of calls, I decided to register with Edustaff. Kirsty made me feel valued and proceeded with a measured approach. She managed to be reassuring whilst ensuring that no false promises were made with regards to the amount of work available. She took the time to learn what I was looking for and never rang without news or suggestions that I wasn't suited for. In my mind, she is the perfect agent to assist in finding a teaching position and by the end of our conversations, I had a permanent post secured. I really couldn't give her a higher recommendation.

I have recently graduated university and considering the current situation of the world (i.e. the coronavirus pandemic), I left university feeling very anxious and uncertain about my future. I had always planned on trying to find a year-long job in London, related to my Psychology degree, to gain some experience before moving on to further education. When I joined EduStaff, I was put into contact with Nikki Webber. Nikki was incredibly kind, reassuring and helpful with finding me work - I had only been with the organisation for a week when Nikki contacted me to tell me I had been asked to come for an interview! Again, I felt very nervous about this as this was an ideal job for me and my first serious interview since I began University. Nikki and I had a long phone call before the interview in which she prepped me for potential questions and scenarios, which made me feel much more confident heading into the interview. Long story short, I got offered the job and after only two short weeks with EduStaff and Nikki, they had managed to find me a perfect job with amazing application to my degree and career plans.

I couldn't speak more highly of Nikki's work and EduStaff as an organisation and I recommend it to anyone, graduate student or not, who aspire to work in a School. All of the staff at EduStaff I had the pleasure of coming into contact with are friendly, patient and helpful. They really do care about you, prioritising your preferences and feelings.

I applied to work at Edustaff the summer of 2019. Within two weeks, I was called in for an interview where they asked about me and what I was looking for. After a few weeks I was sent in on a trial day to a SEN School and absolutely loved it there. Working with Lee and Nikki has been amazing and they were always there whenever I needed clarification on anything. Especially when I haven’t submitted my timesheet on time, they would always remind me! I currently still work at the SEN School and I have been given the opportunity to do my teachers training and become a qualified teacher there. I am super grateful to edustaff for finding me the perfect school to work at and their continuous support.

Nikki and Edustaff have been brilliant. I have used other agencies, but I would recommend very few. Edustaff have found me excellent long term placements.
