The staff are gracious and extremely supportive. They go above and beyond to be easily contactable, supportive and provide real, practical advice.

From a labour rights perspective, no 21st-century agency work is perfect, but within that paradigm, EduStaff provide an outstanding service and I couldn't ask for more.

My experience with Edustaff has been fantastic. Nikki was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. She found me a placement so quickly and didn't pressure me to take the role, making sure I was happy with the role and what it entailed. I’d had bad mixed experience with agencies before signing up with Edustaff, but after reading other positive reviews I decided to give them a go! After submitting my registration form, they were quick to respond and clear and honest about what they could offer and the process. Due to the area I chose, I worked with Lee who was great from start to finish. He took notice of exactly what I was looking for, instead of sending me a whole list of schools looking for teachers like I’d experienced with some agencies. He talked me through the interview process and what to expect which was really insightful and helpful as an NQT. Once the job was offered to me, he worked alongside me and the school to sort out the paperwork and the next stages of employment. I’m really happy with the whole experience. Edustaff has been great to work with, super supportive and informative. If you are considering looking for work through an agency, I’d highly recommend using them. As a trainee teacher, I found searching for a place to do my NQT year daunting. I hadn't any interview practice to gauge what the experience would be like. I applied to sign up for Edustaff and Lee, a senior consultant, got back to me very quickly to arrange a conversation. We had a chat about what I was looking for and just a couple of weeks later, Lee had found a vacancy in my local area and contacted me to see if I was still interested, doing so in a very professional and courteous manner. This was on Monday (29th April). We discussed the position in depth and Lee was very friendly, transparent and honest throughout, which put me at ease. By Thursday (1st April), I had my interview and was offered a job later that same day. Everything ran so smoothly and I would highly recommend the services of Edustaff (and Lee + his colleagues involved) to any other trainee teachers who are looking for work next year!
