I bought two items, first time was a jumper and had no issues at all, but the second time I purchased a jumper and it came clearly worn with hairs all over the jumper and just thrown in a ball back into packaging which had something spilled on it. I contacted customer service to question what my options were (I wasnt going to pay to return something that was a fault on their end) and I got offered 10% off my next purchase! Shocked at the response I let them know that wasnt good enough, why would I ever purchase again? And the got ghosted! That was nearly two weeks ago now so clearly not getting a response.

Very poor customer. Emailed a complaint abouta cozy fleece i bought, never heard back fron them! I bought a buttercup cozy fleece. The front bottom of the fleece keeps rolling under the fleece and there is only lining behind the pockets , no other material. Defo not worth the 50 euro its priced at

The jumper is fabulous but the shipping time is a joke over one week for delivery in which paid for is not good service at all .

I have about 8/9 edit down tops! They are all the same- lovely at the start but by the 3rd wash they have lost shape (the elles are the worst, roll up at the bottom) and the gold hardware zips get all tarnished!!

Their Varsity jumpers are my comfort blanket - the quality of the stitching is fantastic, they are sooo cosy, they wash so well and delivery was quick. The green is my fav colour, also have the lemon but cannot wait to grab the navy.

I have a couple of pieces from the brand now and love them all. They all wear & wash really well. Super speedy delivery too,

Had an issue with my jumper the strings were loose on it, And I emailed customer service, Amy got back to me very quickly and offered me multiple solutions. Allowing me to pick what solution suited me best.

This was solved within two days.

Really recommend Edit Row customer service was excellent and the quality of the Jumper beside the fault was lovely. I will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered 3 items January. Never received a dispatched email. Contacted customer services only to be told 1 size was out of stock, however they would replace it with an alternative and post it along with the remaining 2 items from previous order.
Received parcel with only 1 item. Emailed again to then be told my order wasn't on the system and all is out of stock.
Very disappointing and questionable how an order was not on the system.

Absolutely amazing jumpers and fleeces.
I have alot of there styles, 5 out of 5 for quality and longevity. Washes well doesn't loose shape or colour.

Ordered a pair of leggings and fleece over 3wks ago and haven’t received anything yet. My emails have gone unanswered! Really wish I read the reviews here first it seems I’m not the only one with this problem, terrible customer service

I really wish I had come here first. I just made my 2nd purchase of edit row, after having this item in my basket for months! It took me this long to justify the €50 and for once I decided to just treat myself for my birthday. I got the sherpa fleece, I had been eyeing it up since it was released a very long time ago.
Anyway , I really feel robbed. One it's not sherpa it's polyester. Two it's awful quality for that price!
I genuinely think it's from Shein with a edit row label attached.
I have a fleece jacket from a popular supermarket/drapery and it's gorgeously worn to death, thick warm bouncy fleece on the inside and actually feels soft. It was half the price of edit row 'Sherpa' really disappointed. Maybe if the price was reduced by half it would reflect the quality and material but charging 50 for what feels like nails on a chalkboard scratchy plastic material is daylight robbery!
I currently have the Elle, and although I do wear it often, it easily gets water stains, sleeves are useless as they are too tight to roll up, and the material inside is very poor quality, I believed I had the runt of the litter but now I'm kicking myself that I've fallen for the pretty pictures again!! Avoid this fleece it will not be comfy and warm and you won't even be able to bear to touch it!!

Avoid at all costs! I believed that I was ordering from a trusted Irish company but have been completed let down. Over a week after my order was accepted and money taken I was informed that the item was not in stock anymore, they tried to justify this by making me choose a different item when most items on the website are sold out. They offered a 10% discount which isn’t much good to considering it was a Christmas present and it is now too late to order from most places. All that I received from customer service was a blunt reply. They said that the issue occurred over 2 weeks ago however I only placed an order 1 week ago so why was my order accepted. Appalling treatment of customers at a terrible time of year. I will not be ordering again.

I ordered a fleece from edit row and after 5 days of no update on shipping etc I decided to email them. They replied and told me that the jumper I had ordered and paid for was out of stock. Really bad customer service and disappointed I had to reach out myself.

Had a query about a recent order emailed on Sunday evening had a reply from a lovely lady Michelle by 8am Monday morning sorted the issue went above and beyond and my order arrived today Tuesday even with Christmas deliveries 10/10 for an excellent customer service

My first time ordering from Edit Row, had my order and money taken and only found out they couldn't fulfil it when I emailed to find out why there was no sign of it arriving! A website glitch apparently. Also missed the restock because i was waiting for mine to arrive. Extremely poor service! Best they offered was a 10 per cent discount.

Shocking customer service. Ordered a jumper on the 10th of November. Still no sign of it and several emails sent. Have been a great customer but would never buy off edit row again.
