Scheduling the demo was very easy, and Daniel showed me what I needed to see and answered all my questions in a straightforward and clear manner. Standard website builders would require a lot of set up an plug ins to get anywhere near what eDirectory provides out of the box.

The call was great and the salesperson was very helpful at clearly explaining all the features and how it it would meet my needs. The platform looks really powerful and will be able to do what I need now and in the future if my business succeeds. I’ve started playing with the platform and it’s very clear, easy to use and powerful. It’s also Highly customisable to my needs and will look very professional, helping me to launch this idea quickly. Very excited to be moving forward with them!

I did a lot of research and found that edirectory had the best platform for what we were looking for. Everything was going well until we did some customizations. Once we did that, it has been working on and off for months and months. It takes weeks to fix it each time and then it happens again and again with no real solution in sight. Operating an online company that isn't working properly effects revenue and reputation. They don't even seem to care or offer a permanent solution. At this point, I wouldn't recommend them.

Not only is the product amazing, the customer service is outstanding! The tutorials are some of the best I've ever used. The staff is both knowledgeable and helpful with good morale.
