Very please with this casting kit. I bought the eco kit less waste. The details of the hands is unbelievable. Definitely recommend. Customer service was excellent.

Bought as Christmas presents
Bought as Christmas presents, so not used yet. However, the price is reasonable and delivery was very prompt. A friend recently bought one and the finished product is absolutely beautiful.

We're so very sorry that your order wasn't delivered. We have tracked it down and discovered that Parcelforce have sent it back to us because it was damaged. Unfortunately, the label had come off so we couldn't immediately work out whose parcel it was.
We've sent you an email and of course will give you a full refund, but can only apologise for the disappointment :(

I can’t praise this company anough
I can’t praise this company anough. Fast delivery outstanding customer service. I bought this to do this with my mum as she has lung cancer. I was quite sad when it didn’t turn out as well as expected as my mum moved her fingers when doing it. I spoke to a lovely lady who resolved this for me. I can’t thank you enough.

5* plus plus plus. A kit purchased for Christmas opened Christmas morning and the moulding bucket was broken. So an email sent straight away. Answered as soon as business reopened after the holidays apologising. Replacement bucket received today. Amazing customer service.

Casting kit
I received my purchase quickly however the box was not wrapped and it must have been dropped because it had mud on it. It was a present for someone so was a bit disappointed.

Forever with me .
My Mum 92 and I 62 did a casting and we were both delighted with it . A lasting reminder that she will always be with me . I also brought the dome to keep the casting in and it holds pride of place in our home .

Product presentation.
Haven't used yet so cannot comment of the product quality. It was purchased for a present and I was disappointed with the presentation of the product, a white plastic bucket in a brown postage box, no presentation packaging..
