Very please with this casting kit. I bought the eco kit less waste. The details of the hands is unbelievable. Definitely recommend. Customer service was excellent.

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery . The delivery driver threw it over the fence instead of knocking on the door . Broke the bucket which you obviously need to make the casting . Rang them up and they replaced it . Received it the next day . The customer service was outstanding . I’m very impressed .

Fantastic casting and display
The cast we made of my mum and dad's hand us fantastic. They both recently passed away so it makes it even more special. I recently contacted Edinburgh Casting Studio regarding the dome to display it in. Sarah was very helpful and we received the dome and base the next day.

Delivery charge is too much
I have read the reviews on this product and was keen to purchase as a gift for a friend at the cost of £44, only to arrive at the checkout to be charged a further £16.95 for delivery. I could get free delivery if I spend £99 but I’m not doing that either, sadly I won’t be ordering, it’s a shame as I have heard great reviews but the delivery cost is far too high, in my opinion!

Dear Janice, we're so sorry to hear your disappointment with the delivery charge. With it being £16.95, I'm assuming that your postcode is in the highlands and islands?
Unfortunately we are charged a fortune to send to certain postcodes in Scotland and Northern Ireland and, as a small company, have no choice but to pass on the charges. The kits are quite heavy which bumps the price up a bit. Sorry again for the disappointment.

Thank you for the review. Some of our customers have had good results with children by distracting them for the 60 seconds or so setting time - an iPad or phone can be good, or maybe their favourite TV show or a bribe!

Second order I have placed
Second order I have placed , this time as a gift and the customer experience was very good. As it is a Christmas gift it was a nice touch that they included a message from us as we were having it delivered directly to the person. Very helpful through email correspondence with the request.

Efficient Company
Ordered by phone. Spoke with lovely helpful lady and order received 3 days later with no issues. The casting sets are Christmas gifts so don’t know yet how they will turn out.

I have done a cast before of my husband and I and thought it turned out great so this kit I received now is for a Christmas present so I am sure they will be over the moon with it as we were with our casting

It was sent with a signature for delivery I was at work and could not get the delivery. I have asked for a re delivery and I have no idea where it is now . Not at my happiest about that but I will try and track it down.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I'm sorry that you weren't at home for the first delivery attempt and this caused some worry. We send all orders using a signed for service so they're not left on doorsteps and at risk of going missing.
