I got exactly what we needed because of her positive work ethic

Went to Widnes shop today Laurence and Sarah as always was smiling and ready for a chat can't speak highly enough they are great.

I popped in today to buy a walking stick for my mum. I was served by Sarah who has just started a new job there. She was brilliant, thankyou for your advice and to the manager (I think?) Both were lovely and listened to my requests and helped with advice I needed for my mum.
I will be back to purchase again due to their great customer service.

I have been in a fair few times to the widnes shop and met Lawrence he helped me pick out my new Electric wheel chair he talked me through absolutely every detail to make sure it was the right chair for me and made me feel very comfortable and welcome! im a 27 year old wheelchair user and he helped me feel alot more confident going in and getting my new chair and its changed my life for the better so thankyou Eden mobility and Lawrence at the widnes shop for being so helpful and working with my needs with out the process being overwhelming as im also autistic and things like this can be hard even though im adult so thankyou again!

We visited Eden Mobility in Widnes yesterday afternoon, we were seen to by a very nice young man who was very helpful ,and helped me make a good purchase which is a walk and rest rollator. Thank you young man sorry didn't get your name

Lawrence helped choose a fantastic electric wheelchair for my mum.. just to give her some of her own independence back, it's great to see.. so thankyou for all ur help and advice.
We also told Lawrence we were interested in a chair for mum to sit in comfortably at home. Lawrence explained about the need for mum to able to put her feet firmly on the floor and managed to find a chair suitable. Great attention to detail... 😉 full of advice 😉 listened and didn't push us to buy... brilliant service... 👏

Lawrence was amazing, not only was her very patient with the customer before us but then went on to show myself and my father that same patience. He was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Explaining all the differences on the chairs provided and answering all the questions we had. Will use Eden again.

Went to the widnes shop today to look for a multi position armchair for my mum. There was a number to choose from. Lawrence was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the different chairs. We have purchased one and potentially will be buying a second one. Would definitely recommend.

My son in law took delivery of the air pro power chair and the guy let him video how it worked which was great but the freedom I have found is unbelievable but it folds up into nothing and so so light my wife had no problem in lifting in and out of our hous e

I wasn't feeling well and went in and Lauance helped me feel safe and helped me with my needs. Lauance has helped me with my anxiety and confidence

This was my first visit to this company. I found Lawrence and his team very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They did not rush me and did not make me feel pressured to make a purchase. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who requires any help or advice for disabled equipment.

Went into shop today was welcomed by 2 lovely lads .was very thorough with everything to do with buying a scooter wich we did .very experienced staff .

Visited the store today to look for my Father-in-law to get a mobility scooter. Laurence did an assesment of what his needs and health required and showed us the most suitable. He also then let him have a try and thoroughly explained the operation of the scooter. Whilst going through the order having a general chit chat aswell was lovely. It's our first time looking to purchase a mobility scooter and it was made very easy thanks to Laurence.

Laurence at widnes was really helpful and supportive in helping to get the right wheelchair for my sons needs. Highly recommend thanks laurence :)

Visited the new Widnes store with my elderly mum who was looking for a new scooter. We were warmly welcomed by Tom, the manager, who provided fantastic service from start to finish. He was caring, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, which really helped put my mum at ease as she was quite nervous. Tom made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. He’s a real asset to the company. We would definitely recommend visiting Tom—he really goes the extra mile. We’ll also be attending his Thursday coffee morning

Went to see a mobility scooter in the new shop in Widnes. Was seen by Tom Callan and he was brilliant, showed me the Genie Ultra lightweight and after a demonstration and a lot of talking I decided to purchase one. Tom was really patient with me explaining as much as I wanted to know, he even took it to the car for me to see if it will fit in the boot. It’s good to know if I have any more questions or a problem he’s really handy to get to. Great sales service. Would recommend anyone to go and see him
