What a wonderful man Riley is. He made me feel comfortable as soon as we came in the shop. He was really chatty and informative about the different products. He was really gracious with his time and didn't rush us. He was very helpful. Best of all I went out the shop with a massive smile on my face and with a new lease of confidence. Riley has given me my independency back. He's one in a million. If there was more people like Riley the world would be a better place. He really made my life much easier and I can't thank him enough for that. I bought an electric wheelchair and scooter and from now on life will much easier. I'm glad I got the chance to meet Riley and I'm made up that I've took the next steps in my wheelchair journey

Lee and teela are great, i go to the coffee mornings most wednesdays when im not working it great.

Great team, I go in once a week for coffee mornings.

I have constant pain in my back and knees and always treated with the greatest of respect, and when I do go in, always found the staff friendly and approachable.

First time coming into the Warrington store with my friends and was greeted by Lee the Manager and I immediately felt so comfortable! He’s a lovely friendly guy!! Can’t wait to join the coffee mornings!

Came a couple of months ago and visited again. Service couldn’t be better, all the team are so friendly!

Lee the man in warrington shop in golden square was so helpful and knowledgeable .we had a great laugh and went away with 2 wheelchairs.

Lee and Teela are such lovely ppl in the warrington branch. Sat for a good while with us going through everything we needed to know. They were very patient, helpful, understanding and a you could have a laugh and joke too which helps. Would highly recommend a visit to this shop especially if these 2 are in . Keep up the good work.😁😁

Lee and Teela thank you for your help in choosing a light weight wheelchair that was suitable for both my husband and myself to use . I don't think Paul wanted to get out of the chair he was that comfortable. Looking forward to receiving the wheelchair and hopefully I won't run anyone down with it .

10/10 Lee’s friendliness and humour gained my Mum’s trust and got my Mum to finally accept she needed a walking aid, without feeling old and for her own good, something I’ve been trying to do for over a year! Thank you! She’s absolutely loving it!

Very helpful when I bought a walking stick. Set up the cane to my height. Also invited me to the Wednesday morning coffee mornings.

I had a lovely experience in the store. Teela and Lee were very welcoming and answered all my questions. The store smells and looks clean.

Visited the store today and Lee was so welcoming and helpful. He made the whole process so easy for me and my grandma and was so knowledgeable on the options available for her. I would recommend Eden Mobility to anyone looking for walking aid.

We called to just view the 4wheeled rollators, to see if it was suitable for my wife to use. Lee the chap that served us went out of his way to make sure which one my wife would be best suited with. He was able to answer all the questions I asked in a calm and pleasant manner, ( what a nice chap) so much so we ended up buying one there and then.
We happened to return afew days later just to say my wife was so so pleased with the rollator, it's made walking easy not a task anymore. Thank you Lee for your help and making us welcome.

My friend bought a four wheel walker in January the brake wasn’t working so we took it back
The lady in the shop in Warrington and the lady tried to fix it and couldn’t so she said the policy was to get an engineer out to see what was wrong I asked if it wasn’t safe then she should replace it because if she sits on the seat it doesn’t stay still if she gets on the bus and the bus jerks it flies down the isle she said it’s not there policy
So she let her leave the shop with an unsafe walker we will never shop there again
