This is about Wendy at the Wakefield

This is about Wendy at the Wakefield Branch. I took my Mum into town today and after five years of Mum turning me down flat today she actually went into the store and looked at the power chair. Whilst she didn't buy today Wendy got Mum in the chair and demonstrated it with her. She got home and said to me "I think that might be worth looking at getting." It's taken me five years to get her to think about even looking at the chairs! Hooray! Thank you Wendy! Hopefully I can get you a sale for the chair and maybe for the stair lift too in the near future. Until then please keep your fingers crossed for me! lol

Faulty on delivery

After paying £1700 for a nearly new mobility scooter from the Wakefield branch it was delivered 4 days later .om arrival it had only 30%charge so left it overnight to charge. Next day took it off charge and found it had not aftercharged and a service sign was flashing showing a fault .

I was needing a mobility scooter and…did not know how to do it and just got in touch with eden mobility and they made the process so easy

I was needing a mobility scooter and with having stage 4 advanced kidney cancer with multiple bone cancer in the upper humerus arm and in the pelvis and not able to walk very well I just got InTouch with Eden mobility and a brilliant gentleman who was called Daniel Lane the head office team leader got in touch with me he took all my details and told him about my mobility and I ask for a home visit was possible and he said yes I could have a home visit demo I was going to have the Kymco maxi XLS and Daniel offered to bring also the Roadmaster plus R the home visit appointment very quick I was talking via email with Daniel and not once did I not get a reply because I did email quite a few but from Tuesday at looking at them and home visit booked Saturday a lovely gentleman came to my home for me to try them both and wow I love the Roadmaster plus R it is brilliant I have in burgundy it is very sturdy and the ride is just so smooth easy to use great display very fast just absolutely brilliant I thank Eden mobility if you want or are wanting a scooter get InTouch with Daniel he is amazing from looking for a scooter and not really knowing what you want he will show you what's available and take you through step by step right up to the delivery totally great person I can't say any more than 5*

What an incredible day we have

What an incredible day, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by an incredible lady called Wendy, she couldn't do enough for us. I was really apprehensive before coming through today and just had expectations of just getting a rough Idea of things, however Wendy went through every aspect and difference of all the scooters and chairs including detailed demonstrations of the differences and folding and charging thoroughly. She even gave me the confidence to go try one out in the real world which I am incredible grateful for as i wasnt very confident. Even more miraculously she even some how managed to help us walk out today with a scooter ready to be delivered for us in the next few days. This will change our life for the better unbelievably, we are both so happy and indebted to Wendy and Eden motobility that words are not enough. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts.

What an amazing customer experience…

What an amazing customer experience myself and my husband had today at the Wakefield Branch with the two wonderful ladies Wendy and Jill. Wendy you was amazing showing empathy and going the extra mile to demonstrate the chairs to my husband, we purchased two chairs one for holiday and one for everyday use because of your knowledge, empathy professionalism and we cant thank you enough Jill you was a brilliant co pilot :)
Definitely recommend this unique company who do stand out from the croud.
