It has been exactly one month since I had my mobility scooter delivered and it was the most sensible decision I have ever made in my life. My first point of contact was Anna at the Shirley, Southampton branch. Right from the off, talking to Anna was like talking to a friend of many years. Anna took the time to understand my needs and my budget and suggested the scooter I eventually ended up buying. It was, honestly, a pleasure to do business with Anna and I would recommend you reach out to her if you are in need of any help or directions. When it was delivered, Neil took me through everything and made sure I knew what was what, answering questions I'm sure he has answered a thousand times before but, again, there was no rush, no pressure or heavy handed tactics. My overall experience with Eden Mobility can only be described as extremely positive and guided. I was embarrassed at first because I needed mobility assistance and Eden, especially Anna, took my concerns and addressed every one of them and, if in the future I need to upgrade or buy accessories or just need a bit of help, my first call will always be to Anna and Eden Mobility.

For Anna at Eden Mobility in Shirley
We first used Eden mobility located in Shirley high street to sort out a scooter for my grandad John. A very helpful and lovely lady called Anna helped us! It changed my grandads way of life and he is over the moon with his scooter. We chose to see Anna at Eden again to arrange a stairlift for him also as he hadn’t been able for two months to get up the stairs to his own bed which meant his health was deteriorating due to lack of sleep. Once the stair lift was put in he was so happy and able to start getting a good nights sleep finally! Anna has gone above and beyond for us and been more than helpful every step of the way. We cannot thank her enough!

Anna is always welcoming and is happy to chat. Lots of places are really rushed and rude but she is friendly. I tell all my friends this is the best mobility shop in Southampton

What a team at shierly High Street very…
2What a team at shierly High Street very helpful even going out their way too help.. I was with a Portsmouth company but so glad I changed.. Due to my deserbility my mum is the signee and helps as much as she can but we live apart.. So I relay on the team at the shierly High st Southampton branch a lot and enough thing to too much for them too do.. I had many problems with my wheelchair but Anna has been on the case sorting it enough thing is too much I'm so glad I changed company.. Thank you all at Edan shierly Southampton.. Gareth

Amazing, brilliant, wonderful.
Amazing company I went into Eden Mobility in Shirley High Street, Southampton because I wanted an upgrade on the basic chair I already had I spoke to a very lovely man called Neil Wilkins who put my chair on a quick charge cos my battery was running low even tho my basic chair wasn't bought from Eden Mobility, he talked me thru all the chairs and I ended up buying a chair from them, he really knows his stuff, he kept me updated on every aspect before I picked up my new chair, I would highly recommend Eden Mobility.

Great service in Shirley
My wife and I bought 2 scooters from Neil and Anna in Shirley last month. Nothing was too much trouble and Neil even took great pains to check our garden access and turning circle of the new proposed scooters, ensuring that we picked the right ones for our needs. Friendly and professional
We visited the store to look at options for upgrading my stepdad’s scooter. We were meet by Anna, who made us feel at home and under no pressure. Anna demonstrated a few scooters that we had been looking at made valid suggestions on which model was best for us. We agreed a deal to a change his old scooter against the new one, and it was even better to be delivered to his home.
The whole process was friendly, professional and smooth. Would highly recommend using Eden Mobility.

I've taken to popping in for a coffee and to sit in the warm, never made to feel like I am a burden, and chat to the manageress. I always tell my neighbours how friendly the shop is, good old fashioned manners.
