Amy and the staff at Eden mobility was so helpful and friendly and went out of there way too find me a mobility scooter and they got me one and i love it couldn't of got out and about if it wasn't for amy and the staff at Eden mobility thank you so much would recommend eden mobility scooters to my friends and family

A problem with the wheel quick release mechanism on my father's new wheelchair.apoeared after using it a few times. We needed a quick solution due to an important upcoming event. I took the affected wheel back and Eden Scunthorpe solved the problem there and then. We were very satisfied with the service received.

I must apologise as I left a review earlier today saying I wasn't happy as they had not delivered but I've since had my scooter delivered amazing customer service every thing explained and shown how every thing worked would highly recommend 👌

The sales lady, Diane Cresswell at the Scunthorpe branch spent ages helping me to make the right choice for a wheelchair. Diane measured it, checked every single question I had with the online details and nothing was too much trouble. I also bought two other items and she was really helpful with them. Diane even offered to load the wheelchair into our car. A perfect salesperson unlike others at another mobility shop.

I left a comprehensive review about a month ago about the disgraceful way I have been treated by thus company, especially the area manager Adam Sargent ! however, it appears to have been taken down ! I phoned just now and was spoken to like I was an idiot and the area manager considers my complaint closed which is far from true! I will now go to trading standards so I can only say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! jolly sales but after that appalling service rude and disinterested abd I am left with a scooter which is so unsteady it tries to throw me off !! I will continue with an update but for now I wonder what happened to my original post ????

Having the mobility scooter from Eden at first was a blessing, having to give it back id a nightmare. Staff lie. Major lack of professionalism. Self entitled. Don't call you, and when you call them, John wants to get funny on the phone.
There's other companies around and these are only worth it at a push. I have 2 scooters and been finding it very difficult to arrange a collection, as the lack of basic tasts is atrocious.

So after I recently gave Eden Mobility a poor review? The respond with the below. The point is you didn’t even give us a part exchange value. You failed to attend the appointment you set and eventually decided to own up that because the scooter we had was to be traded in for a reconditioned scooter you were selling, because you failed to attend you decided to close it down by saying you wouldn’t offer us anything realistic unless we were trading it in for a new one. Despite the fact your Scunthorpe shop knew what we wanted to part ex and still set the appointment up for us… which you failed to attend. No one even got as far as valuing our scooter. So you can close it down all you like…your service is atrocious and people need to know it

First time looking for an electric scooter for my 92 year old father. Was warmly welcomed by Diane C, who very nicely asked if she could help. We discussed our thoughts, Diane shared her extensive knowledge on scooters and chairs, listening carefully to my father's individual health issues, accommodation restrictions and his desired independence goals. After 90 minutes of Diane demonstrating varying products father purchased an electric chair with gel cushion and was thoroughly delighted with the service received, particularly Diane's patience, knowledge and recommendations considering his individual needs. Got new mobility scooter the other day the service was a 5star experience thanks Eden for your support

Ignored by eden mobility yet again leaving a 71 yr old women with a faulty mobility scooter whilst taking payment knowing the scooter is not fit for purpose absolutely distgusting behaviour Asked for details to resolve the issue but have done nothing not even phoned to try & resolve this in anyway shape or form 👎

My wife has a power chair with Eden Mobility and since March 2025 has not been able to use it properly or leave our house, due to problems with the chair. The chair is stuck in a low power mode option and keeps flashing, both the arms and power controller have fallen off the chair, following a visit by a so called Eden Mobility engineer, further more we were promised a repair last week and an engineer arrived to take photographs of the broken chair not fix it! Customer service and after sales service is absolutely shocking.

We are 1st time Wheelchair users without any prior knowledge, we were taken through the process step by step by Nick Davay who let us move at our own pace trying and looking at your choices. We ended up with a personalised combination and are so grateful . We would definitely come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends. With Thanks Jeni&Barry McVeigh

Took my dad for a mobility scooter, they were very kind, patient and knowledgable. Good customer service so far.

I ordered a mobility scooter. Unfortunately on the first use it proved to be faulty.i returned tge same and git an exchange for a different scooter with no hassle.Mick Davey at the scunthorpe branch could not have been more helpful and apologetic.he ensured everything was OK and when we picked the scooter up,he helped us dismantle and put in the boot
.He is a very helpful and knowledgeable man, first class service

Absolutely fantastic service from all the sales team if your looking for a Scoozy or any mobility scooter give these guys a call they will help you I went to a few companies but these guys gave me the time to make the right decision 100% recommendation.
Then my Scoozy turned up this morning I had a ride around the Close I had actually driven one as a mate of mine has one absolutely brilliant the great bit of kit love it.

staff are very welcoming lovely and polite also they are very helpful so would recomend

I today had the pleasure of meeting Jamie Lewis. What a wonderful chap you have working for you. He rang me before he came to let me know when he would be at my home and he arrived with a smile despite the horrendous traffic and road works he faced.
Jamie was very thorough in his explanation of the scooter he delivered and was so incredibly patient and understanding of my needs.
From start to finish I felt very reassured, and Jamie answered all my many questions and there were lots!
From being a very independent lady, due to health reasons I now need help with my mobility so this was all very daunting for me. Having spoken to Aimee first in the sales department who very carefully and thoroughly went through all the options, to the delivery of the scooter today and Jamie's help, I would not hesitate in recommending Eden Mobility to anyone. Jamie and Amiee are both an absolute credit to Eden Mobility. A truly professional, understanding, patient company who really do have people's needs at the heart of their company.

Very professional and helpful

I would highly recommend Eden Mobility who made an excellent job of fitting a stairlift in my house. Excellent support and advice from John Bolton and Cameron who ensured everything from the original assessment to the work being completed met my partners needs. The work was done quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption to my house.Both were extremely helpful in explaining and demonstrating how to use the stairlift making sure everything was working well before they left. Could not praise Eden highly enough for the excellent customer service they provided.
