Popped in to store to find the perfect power chair for my husband, we were very happy with the service , fab girls , well done Rachel and Camilla

My wife was looking for a mobility scooter nothing too fancy and the service we received from Camilla was nothing less than superb so helpful and informative and made sure we got the right scooter for our needs. She didn’t try hard sell just helped us make the right decision. And got us a nice discount on a nearly new one. After some issues trying to get my elderly mother’s wheelchair to me prior to our holiday, I spoke to Eden’s Head of Digital, Laurence, who not only located the order but offered to drive to my work address to deliver the wheelchair the same day. A distance of over 100 miles.

This is a great example of outstanding Customer Service. A Senior Manager of the team going above and beyond to fulfill a much needed delivery and showed how much a company in the disability sector actually cares about its customers.

My faith in humanity and exemplary Customer Service restored!

Camilla, in the Scarborough office was great helping me purchase my mobility scooter.
It is a refurb but it does what it says on the tin and I am more than happy with it.

Having trouble walking with arthritic knee pain,so went into Eden mobility in Scarborough & bought myself a chariot to get about.The staff were really helpful & nice.We've got an Eden in our own town so if I need owt to do with the chariot I can nip in there.

Prompt helpful service . got all the help I needed from the shop assistant Camilla Great after sales service too Sorted my problem out immediately Also found what I wanted quickly

What more can one say about a person called Camilla in Scarborough shop helpful always pleasant nothing to much trouble if more shops were like this it would be a pleasure to shop treats all customers the same thank you just got second mobility scooter highly delighted

Camilla of the Scarborough branch is just so knowledgeable, helpful & caring. We thought we'd be visiting numerous stores but there was no need to shop around. She elicited relevant information & demonstrated suitable options. Without pressure the scooter pretty much sold itself.

Visited Eden mobility in Scarborough on 1/2 July 2025.
Camilla couldn’t have been more helpfull ,she gave us great advice on different options that would be best for our needs. We returned the next day and had a test drive and we’re very happy with our choice so we purchased what we feel was the best scooter for our needs. Camilla made us feel very welcome and at ease. After a local company proved awful.
I approached Eden mobility with caution, need not have worried.
From the first phone call to delivery was exceptional, the advisor on the phone was patient, professional and impeccable manners, she took her time to go through all the options, best suited to my height & weight iam delighted to have the Storm with canopy scooter, excellent machine.
Call advisor ,5 ***** plus I carnt thank her enough as I was in a state after last scooter, she calmed me ,reassured me and carnt thank her enough.
The drivers and advisor that attended my home in person was cheerful, relaxed and guided me through the scooter patiently non patronising manners about him and his colleagues, Eden sent the best lads for the job, nothing was too much trouble answered all my questions and frankly couldn't be happier.
Lads had a 2 an a half hour drive to get to me and still spritly, jovial and professional even one on his 2nd day working for Eden.
I've had calls to see how am getting along service is second to none.
Call centre staff always happy to help with queries I write this review in honesty and keep up the good work Eden am delighted I found you.

The wife's scooter ran out of charge called for a massive favour 1 hr charge,Camilla went above and beyond the call of duty,very grateful got us out of a pickle.

Visited the scarborough branch today with my mum.
A lovely lady called camila helped us choose the right electric wheelchair for mum.she was very helpful and knowledgeable. would highly recommend this branch and would use them again in the future.

Visited on advice to get a rollator for Dad. Camilla was brilliant in advising us on the various models and allowing us to try them out. She was also very helpful when it came to filling out the paperwork for the purchase. 5 star service

We visited the shop to buy my Dad who is 90 a Rollator as he is becoming unsteady on his feet, Camilla was so brilliant with her kind and caring service, she knew about each product and was so helpful with her knowledge, I cannot state enough how impressed we were with Camilla
