Very helpful shops in great location great customer service

I enjoy my experience here at Eden Mobility and Elaine and Emily are very helpful and very kind

I have just visited the shop in Northampton, on the market square. Elaine the lady there was wonderful, really helpful and talked me through all my options. Very very happy and highly recommend 😊

Emily was lovely, offered value, options, and worked with us to secure a purchase that would feel personalised and within budget. Encouraged me to try things for fit, and then chased other stores to secure stock. All round we felt cared for and not sold to. Very happy!

Popped in, saw Elaine, her help has been tremendous. Didn't buy anything, however I shall be coming in back in the coming months. The shop is open, warm and friendly and I recommend anyone come in for the experience alone. Great variety of stock, perfect my nephew with cerebral palsy.

The store at northampton was a very friendly service and quick service the young lady that mainly runs the shop called elaine is a very nice person.she caterers for all elderly ppls needs
Also i hv recently got an electri scooter from them and the man dealing with my scooter was very funny and helpful too .so just to summeries anyone wanting things in the moblity world i truely recommend eden moblity for any equipment ..

I was greeted by Elaine as I walked into the shop. I asked her if she had the rubber bottom that I needed replacing on my walking stick.
Elaine found the one that I needed, and got me a cup of tea while I waited for her to replace the old one
I got talking to other customers and enjoyed a laugh with Elaine while she worked.
The rubber base was very hard for Elaine to replace. I would not have been able to replace it myself. I was very thankful that she was able to replace it for me.
I will be using the shop more often instead of ordering on line because of the lovely experience I had.
It is nice to find staff who have great customer service like Elaine

Elaine was fabulous she helped me lots and hopefully soon I have a great scooter thank you all

Elaine @ Eden Mobility went over and above to assist me in selecting and purchasing the most appropriate products for my elderly grandmother - she was so welcoming and understanding on the phone and couldn’t have done more when I visited the shop in town. Thank you so much, I’ll be back to top up the other consumables here at Eden.

Popped in to ask about wheelchairs for my mother. Elaine was extremely friendly and helpful. Although she didn't have exactly what I was looking for, she made a good suggestion for next steps.

Popped in to get my resident a new wheelchair so felt welcome and staff was helpful much recommended 👌

returned on 25/4/25 to purchse my now much love "Freedom Plus Rollator. The best decision made. i am more confident whilst walking outside, with the added bonus that I can have a rest whenever I need to.

I definately recommend not just giving them a call but, please visit the store to receive the same patience and kindness I received from both these two young ladies.

It was a pleasure meeting both Elaine (who always refer me by my name, she remembered it) and Emily, and shopping at the store.
