Ben did a great job sorting new batteries and a glitch on my mobility scooter with skill, good humour and patience.

Popped in with my wife, as we had a fault on a scooter from a couple of years ago which we had purchased from Eden.. we were in a bind as needed it that afternoon.. popped into the Lincoln store and the manager there not only fixed it all for us, he made us a lovely cuppa while we waited.. Top notch service with a smile 😊

The manager Ben was so helpful helping my wife out with her scooter and other bits to try and make her life easier he's very easy to speak to very knowledgeable and always makes time to help others he's a top man

Just purchased 2 scooters from Eden Mobility Lincoln.. what fantastic service.. Ben went though all the benefits and made sure we got the right one for what we need.. so nice to have friendly, warm and informative service.. great experience all around

I am a regular at the Lincoln branch and must say I am impressed every time I go in. The manager Ben is outstanding , always eager to help everyone and always goes the extra 10 miles let alone 1. I will continue to be a patron Eden as long as he is the manager.. 5 stars just isn't enough

Professional service with no pressure to buy. Ben organised a home visit via the Scunthorpe head office and we were given an excellent demonstration of the mobility scooter we were interested in. Very good value for money.

Extremely helpful in guiding me through different mobility scooters, not at all pushy in his sales method very polite. Made me feel very relaxed. Super happy with my scooter.

Went in with my Mum, to discuss some things to help her at home. The manager there was extremely helpful and gave us all sorts of advise. Could not have been more pleased with the service I highly recommend and will be going back for all we need.

I was really nervous coming into the lincoln store on dixon street as I was in a wheel chair, wanting to purchase a scooter, myself and my Daughter was greated by a very nice man called john, he helped in every way and explained everything that I needed to no he was very friendly and a happy assistant, he advised me on what scooter I should go for which I was very happy with, he didn't tyr and fob us off with an expensive one, as so.e places do just to take your money, so I was happy with that also gave us abit of discount even better, so all in all , we came out very happy , and said how funny and friendly your assistant was, so I would recommend people that I no to go visit your shop and will come out very happy

First rate service. Took time to explain the pros and cons of each potential purchase but didn't bamboozle me with too much technical stuff. Answered all of my questions thoroughly, confidently and knowledgeably. Altogether professional but approachable.

Popped in to Lincoln store for some assistance with previously purchased scooter, Ben managed to source me the parts I needed and gave me all the advice , also made me a coffee while we chatted , couldn't ask for better service 5 stars all around

My Wife's scooter had a puncture and I pulled in Eden Mobility for advise.Ben was so welcoming and positive and repaired the scooter in minutes and valeted it.An experience you hard to find as a customer these days.If I could give him 10 stars I would.Well done Ben.

Staff always courteous and polite and never sell you nothing that you do not want. Nothing is too much trouble and will help with the customers needs as best as they can.

Today I went into the branch on Dixon St in Lincoln with my 89 year old Mum to buy her a Stroller. Ben the manager could not have been more helpful. He helped my Mum choose the product which best suited her needs, took a new product out of the box, constructed it and made sure that it was precisely adjusted for size and fully functional. He offered my Mum a cup of tea while we were waiting and gave my Mum a proper briefing on how everything worked. It is unusual today for someone to be so patient, pleasant and informative.
