Eden Mobility - Gosport Recensioni 

I went into Eden Mobility to get a new walking stick for my partner. I have seen other shops with walking aids, but they were nowhere near as good or as helpful as the one in Gosport. Steph was the lovely lady who served me. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. She even offered help on adjusting the stick to make sure it's a great fit for my partner. Had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them to get all your mobility needs. They are super professional and helpful.

Had to get a replacement scooter while waiting for mine to be repaired which will take some time was served by a lovely lady called Steph who’s guided me though the process very easily happy with the deal I got five stars all round

If thay don't hold it thay can problely get it

My dad brought a mobility scooter in May.He paid cash for it from edan mobility.Since he brought it it has broken down twice This is a brand new scooter.After many phonecalls and him saying he no longer wanted the scooter and promises they would call him back.they are now saying they can't find any paperwork confirming his purchase.A manager then promised to ring him back this morning.Yet again no phonecall.I rang them at lunchtime and they all of a sudden found the paperwork and was promised a phonecall again when the manager got back from lunch.Still no phonecall and now not answering the phone to us.They state they have exceptional customer services. 👏👏👏👏👏 well done edan mobility.You have left an 80 year old man unable to leave his house.Taken over three thousand pound off him and now ignoring all phonecalls.Great company.Please share this as this is not acceptable and my dad has been unable to leave his house for a week now.

The ladies in the shop were extremely helpful and very polite. They chatted with us all and we all left the shop smiling

visited Eden mobility today to price up there range of folding scooters, Steph gave us a good demo of all she had to offer, she was very helpful and patient while i was making my choice making sure i was happy with my purchase.

Went to see the Gosport showroom with elderly mother to look at mobility scooters and was well served by Steph. She was both personable and knowledgeable.

I turned up to the Gosport store and I was met with Steph who welcomed me in as I was interested in a mobility scooter for my mobility needs. She filled out a form to see what my medical needs were and then she showed me scooters based on my needs and the options available. Once I have chosen the one I was interested in she phoned up to book me in for a home assessment. Very quick and very impressed with the service I received

Friendly and welcoming member of staff. Knowledge of four-wheeled wheelie advised by NHS staff. Wide range of above. Full demonstration of range, making it easy to decide which wheelie to purchase which was in stock. Shown how to operate item.All way way round a pleasant experience, by Steph.

Just bought two chairs from Gosport branch and had them delivered. Wonderful products ,wonderful service even though the stairs were a little tricky they put it in situ with no fuss and bother,wonderful service. Highly recommend.

A great service from the minute i walked in the shop. Assistant identified what i required straight away and gave a great demonstration on how to use the adjustable walking stick chair showing how to adjust the legs. Steph (the assistant) was very cheerful and chatty and provided a great service.

Mum, aged 91.5, got a puncture in her mobility scooter on Saturday. She telephoned Eden and spoke to a very helpful lady who arranged for a repair to be done at her home. Patrick arrived Monday morning and sorted it all out. Patrick was helpful, friendly and charming. Thank you so much.
