Eden Excel Move Mobility Scooter, Fareham Branch
We purchased an Eden Excel Move mobility scooter. The staff where fantastic. Jane gave demonstrations of several of the mobility scooters, allowing hubby to take each one for a test run. All the staff were very friendly and we were not put under any pressure to make an actual purchase. We were however offered a good discount. The delivery was also excellent, arriving within 24 hours, fully assembled.

Buying a mobility scooter
My husband has Parkinson’s and has had to give up driving we went to the Fareham store to see if he was suitable for a mobility buggy. Jane was very friendly and extremely helpful giving us all the information and answered any questions we had, chatted to my husband to see what would be best suited to him and insisted on him having a trial in it to make sure he was safe using it and felt comfortable driving it. We bought an Eden Pathmaster which despite dreadful weather was delivered the next day. He has used a couple of times and is very happy with it.

I popped into Eden mobility at Fareham to get a new wrist strap for my walking stick.
Jane was so helpful, she put the new strap on my stick for me and gave me some very helpful advice.

Jane and the other lady in Fareham were so helpful and kind when we bought a wheelchair for my mum. They explained how to make adjustments and gave advice so we could make the right choice. We visited the Fareham store today, as we have been looking into getting my husband a mobility scooter.
