Delivery was quick and easy, nothing was missing and there were alot of different parts instructions available for assembly which were emailed to me for ease very impressed so far!

Contacted you to see if a composite decking product was still available as there were limited quantities available online. Agent was going to check but didn’t get back to me. Recontacted you and was told it isn’t available. Samples are still being sent out as there are two types in the box but it isn’t clear one isn’t available.
Also samples aren’t available for alternative products that are in stock.

Everything arrived in a timely manner and good quality. Only criticism was the delivery date. Received an email to say “may be delivered 8th” . This caused an issue as I need to arrange for someone to be there if it was definite but could not get through. Left a message but nobody came back to me

Absolutely avoid. I had to refuse an order and now battling to get a refund which has put our project massively behind. Whilst I understand this was reject decking the description of the item does state “This pack includes components that may have minor imperfections but still offer durability and functionality at a reduced price.” The imperfections in just the 40 decking boards I pulled off the back of the delivery truck were beyond minor imperfections and the boards would have needed sanding due to splintering on the area in which would be walked on. Boards were rotten, broken, huge knots in the and splintered on the footfall area. The website description also promises 15 year guarantee… these boards wouldn’t have survived installation. EDecks tried to attempt a bit of bargaining because “the driver had come a long way” and I politely declined as this entitled me going through nearly 300 decking boards to see which were any good and waiting on replacements for the rest. I just wanted a refund to go and buy in person. They agreed to the refund 8th May and I still have no refund, just got off the phone from the bank who said they cant see anything pending and it should have been received by now so have completed a charge back. I have since been quoted at travis Perkins for considerably cheaper and new boards not reject. Do your homework before spending with this company as I’ve learnt the hard way. I have brought reject decking before and it was nothing like what I received this time, the only thing this product was good for was 5th November.

Well, more than decent, just fantastic! eDecks gave me great help and a good deal, supplying me with superb planks for my balcony renovations.
Every one was perfect, straight and not warped, with no bits and knots missing. Sounds unimportant, but it’s amazing how many wood supplies are often inferior these days. Highly recommended.
