Catastrophic Delivery – Completely Unacceptable Experience
I am utterly appalled by the disastrous quality of this delivery. For the second time, my package arrived in a pitiful state: the box was far too light, the packaging sloppy, and the products thrown inside as if by an angry child tidying up their room. Several items arrived broken, making some products unusable and causing damage inside the package.
Furthermore, the delivery took an eternity, at a time when fast service is the standard. The first time, I overlooked it, thinking it was an isolated incident, but it is now clear that this lack of professionalism is a habit.
I will never order from them again, especially since the same products are available elsewhere at a lower price, with delivery within 48 hours. The disregard for customers is blatant and shocking.
