Experience great . Driver support is good

Scammers! Be careful. The lady seems polite at first, but she is hiding a scam for when you return the car.
You take the car quickly, and they make sure a small scratch you didn’t notice isn’t marked on the paperwork. Later, she will charge you an excessive amount for it.
If you argue, she will tell you that your insurance covers 100%, but she won’t mention that even full insurance doesn’t cover the time the car is unavailable during repairs.

Worse customer service , got a vehicle non like for like . Then they took money out of my account for fuel but this was all filled up and at point of dropping the vehicle I have images to support this and also the staff members report shows full tank .

Won’t use this company again

Overall a good experience. The car was not ready for us when we arrived so we recieved a lesser car but our car was then dropped to us the next day. The car was excellent and the customer service was good. Happy

This is was most horrible experience..rented a car Tida for four days and it was not road worthy falling apart and brakes went..took it back to cocorite and was treated very disrespectfully by all the staff especially the supervisor ..wanted a different car which they refused but eventually exchanged when the mechanic must have realise the car was a mess and couldn’t fix..I wasted the entire morning. Was told off , offered a refund which was not convenient and apology is not part of their culture. I need to speak to the owner..I was treated like a dog….thats what I paid for.

Quad gehuurd, service was top medewerker had een route voor ons uitgestippeld wat we echt moeten zien van kos. Ik had geen jas bij en het was fris kreeg een jas van de medewerker te leen en bij terugkomst mocht ik het houden als souveniertje dus echt een top service!!!! Zou iedereen aanbevelen

Zeer aardige mensen respectvol genoeg huur auto's en quads op voorraad zeker een aanrader

The car had the steering shaking and the wheels making noises as if they were about to fall off.
The car was an old model and seamed to be welded together from parts from a scrap yard.
Don’t even dream to get a rent a car from this company

THEY GAVE YOU CARS THAT WILL PUT YOUR AND YOUR FAMILY LIFE AT DANGER!!!
THEY INSTALL SPEED CONTROL DEVICES THAT WHEN YOU TRY TO OVERTAKE IT WILL CUT THE POWER AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE AT EXTREME DANGER!!!

No rent from this company,...they do not car about customers at all, they care about the money.....very disappointed

The company is fraud and looting tons of money from all aspects.making false commitments and wants to make Money anyhow.
