Let me start by saying this is not a complaint and only an accurate depiction of what took place. I saw an ad on Facebook and filled out the form so that someone would contact me about helping me with my Shopify store. The claims were bold and interesting. I was contacted by a representative named Jason on three separate occasions. We discussed my interest level, pricing and ad spend that would be needed to accomplish my financial goal. I then asked what type of performance guarantee they offer, money-back guarantee if they don't perform as stated in their ad, for financial projections based on what I want to spend monthly on ad spend and I asked to see a copy of the agreement that I would be signing to make an informed decision. I was then told by Jason, that he would be sending everything in an email in about 30 minutes so he could put everything together. The email never came. I waited until the next day to call him back and to email him letting him know that I never received the email. I got no answer! I tried once again with no response. If you fill out their form online and get contacted, ask the same questions as we all should you'll get ghosted too! They only want to work with people that just go with what they say and they don't want you to pay attention to legal agreements and they ONLY want your money! Stay away from this SCAM company! There are BETTER options.
