I WILL NEVER ORDER WITH eCOMFORT AGAIN !!!!!

This is the worst online company i have ever ordered with.
I ordered 6 sets of reverse osmosis filters on Aug 10th with a delivery date of Aug 25th. After spending 2 hours on the line before speaking to a representative who told me that they only had 2 sets in stock but would have those shipped to me and the balance would ship later. As I needed them urgently, i agreed. She said I would receive an email confirming the tracking number. Nothing arrived the next day so I called again (a mere 55 minute wait this time). I was told the filters had not shipped as promised but they would go out that day and AGAIN I would receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.
Guess what, next day and nothing received AGAIN.
I called (50 minute wait) and was told it still did not ship. I then got a call from the original representative to say she would make sure it would go out - that was last Friday Aug 28th - and of course, I would get an email confirmation with tracking number.
Guess what, nothing was received - so I called on Saturday (they are supposed to be open but were not).
Called again on Monday Aug 31 and was again told that it did not ship as promised. The original rep called me and said she messed up but would fix things and have it expedited. She promised to send an email with confirmation and tracking number.
Guess what, nothing received and I am currently on hold (45 minutes so far) to find out what is going on.
MY ADVISE - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND THEIR SERVICE SUCKS !!!!

Terrible delivery service
Easy to place an order but terrible delivery service. They have 3rd Part delivery service and they don't share correct information to the delivery people though every thing is correct on my order details including my phone number and address. It seems like may be they are sharing information by phone so the informations are not correct to delivery boy. No one follow up. Customer service people will keep you on hold for 30 min. Then when I called the delivery people they said they have local delivery people whom I need to call. and they are clueless how come the information are incorrect. I scheduled my handy man to come and wait for item to install and I paid my handy man for the wait because I was sure they will deliver on said day.

I placed a large order for a multizone…

I placed a large order for a multizone minisplit system. I was told some of the items were back ordered until 7/8/20 which I understood. I still have not received the entire order yet! I just called and was on hold over 30 minutes to be told that the manufacturer has delayed shipment and I should not expect the completion of my order until 9/11/20! This was never explained as a possibility when I ordered this item. Representatives are very nice and helpful over the phone, but the uncertainty of shipping times is unacceptable. So far, not having a good experience with this company.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago . I called once each week to get a shipment update and was repeatedly told that my order was being processed. Three weeks ago and my order is still being processed? I canceled the order! This is a terrible company to do business with! Edc

Lie about what's in stock

I ordered three units that they claimed they had in stock, but immediately they said shipping was delayed by manufacturer and it would ship in two weeks. When I called after two weeks with no update they sent another update that they would ship in two weeks. I don't think they have a clue. Horrible customer support!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY

UPDATE:
The company claims they shipped my entire third order. This is a lie!!!! I am still waiting for the thermostat and the grill. The unit will not work without the thermostat. The absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered an air conditioning unit from them they sent the wrong one. Took 10 days for them to pick up the wrong one and another 10 days to get the payment back on our credit card. Waited 10 days to get the replacement unit and guess what... they sent the wrong one again... Took 10 days to get them to pick that one up,,, still do not have the payment applied to our credit card. They sent the 3rd replacement without all the parts. We are still waiting for the parts. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS COMPANY. Do not purchase anything from this company.

PED/ecomfort/LG worst company I've ever dealt with

worst company I've ever dealt with. purchased LG mini splits 2 compressor and 3 indoor units on each one. had issue with brand new indoor had to replace motherboard and blower. sent installation manual that dif not have a minimum distance from compressor to inside unit. had to pay to have it moved. they play this blame game. now I have a compressor with a micro leak. paid contractor 2x now to correct problem. the service rep Mike Newren is impossible to deal with. now they want me to have the contractor search for the micro leak on my dime instead of sending me a new unit. do yourself a favor dont purchase anything from this company. purchase through the contractor who has a warranty and relationship with the mini split manufacturer. I've installed this last year at this time so used one summer. I now spent over $1000.00 out of pocket.

Update:
After not receiving all of the items in my order on time, I finally reached a service associate (Christopher), who worked hard to fix the problems I was having. He next day FedEx'ed the missing items, and was very friendly and professional. I only wish I had worked withy Chris from the beginning of my order. Thank you Chris, you took this one star review up to a four star!

OMG, so, so BAD. Hours on hold, trying to sort out their errors. A WASTE OF TIME! I wish I had looked at all the negative reviews before trying this company. I am writing this review while I wait on hold for over an hour, again! If I ran my business like this, I would be out of business.

I would give zero start if I could

I would give zero start if I could. Ordered a whole house fan and WiFi hub, the whole house fan showed up but no WiFi hub. After going round and round they said they would ship me the WiFi hub, a week later and I still do not have tracking for it, and I don’t even know if it has shipped. Terrible customer service and follow up from eComfort.

Wish I could rate at Zero stars

Wish I could rate at Zero stars. Ordered a Schluter system for a bath remodel and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting on it. According to them, FedEx “lost” the package. What a waste of my time! I have a contractor standing by and I was left scrambling for an alternative. Sure hope my refund doesn’t take 3 weeks!
By the way, I ended up ordering the same system on Amazon with 2 day shipping and for almost $100 less. Like another post stated, stay away! There are faster & cheaper alternatives.

Don't count on it being in good condition

I purchase one (1) piece of Schluter aluminum moulding from them. I received it today, bent!!! I realize that it was just one piece but you would think that it would have been packaged better. It came in a box that is 8" wide X 4" deep, absolutely no packing material inside. It was free to just flop around in this big box. The piece of trim is approx. 1-1/2" wide by 1/4" tall. I thought maybe I could buy some additional material from them, there is no way. I am going to try to use it, but if I can't, will buy elsewhere for sure.

Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service. Brand new boiler has needed two replacement parts - having sent warranty claim form in immediately after speaking to the agent, making clear this is urgent (no heat situation), I have received no response at all. Tried contacting through their contact form (no reply), and spent all day Saturday trying to contact by phone, which was constantly busy with, incredibly, no option to hold. It's 20º, in the middle of a winter storm and my house has no heat.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM if you value your money and time,

please before you purchase any HVAC or Plumbing from them, you will need to be sure what you are buying, do not believe their recommendations, and if you have any issues in general with a product they will give you hell, and try to blame you and everyone besides for themselves, STAY AWAY FROM THEM if you value your money and time,

finally when it comes to return its not free, they charge you for shipping and returning, so yea try to stay away from them and from PED"
i ended up Ordering from The AC OUTLET they were supper good, beat all prices by far, and awesome customer service

Advertising backorder items as in-stock.

Ordered there because I could've saved $300 on a $4500 Daikin minisplit system. All components were listed as available/in-stock, since the order had 2 delays on 2 different components by 1 week each "due to manufacturer". Sent them an e-mail and cancelled the whole damn order because I cannot wait 2 months. The day after my e-mail 90% of Daikin components were advertised as "backordered" on the site.

If you want to save couple hundred, but have lots of time (likely months), go ahead order. They just wait for orders to accumulate so they can get a bulk order discount. I went with theacoutlet where I ordered from 3 years ago - seamless, the guy called within 1 minute to verify an order and upgrade shipping.

Refund will probably take a month as well while they are keeping it to balance the books.

Ordered multiple LG mini split…

Ordered multiple LG mini split components from eComfort. They had the best prices. I was reluctant to purchase from them so I ordered one piece at a time. Couldn't take a chance on them not shipping product or not giving me a refund but each time the product shipped quickly! I would definitely order from them again.
