Cheaper than Amazon and eBay and great products. Posted super fast and high quality, love it.

This company is an absolute find. Beautifully crafted compostable products which arrive in fully compostable packaging.
I was slightly thrown when the VAT was added at checkout, but as the prices were reasonable, I went with it. I am so glad I did.
I now have gorgeous and sturdy card templates and envelopes, compostable A3 paper which is being turned into Lunar Planting calendars and... sturdy beautifully made cardboard tubes to post them in.
Everything is top quality and oozes sustainability whilst also looking fabulous.
I will definitely be ordering again and recommending this company to anyone who'll listen.

My go-to packaging company - just about to make my tenth order! Always a great experience, fast dispatch and delivery, and the items are always perfect- i've not had a single issue. I also love that the packaging they use is often reused, which really shows me that they take their ethos seriously. And seeing who packed my order on the dispatch note always makes me smile!

This company could not be better at what they do. All of there products are eco friendly/ recycled so choice is easier. Then the ordering is simple, plus free samples to go with it. They kept me up to date on the order delivery, & when it arrived it was wrapped / packed amazingly carefully. Would definitely buy from eco-craft again for my recycled paper & card products.

Received my order of 3000 Kraft envelopes and have to say I'm so impressed with the packaging of the products and also their branding that feels very personal (for example the little stickers on my invoice to say who's packed my order) also the very clear instructions for if there is missing items or if a return is needed (not in my case) were very clear and helpful to know.
After my previous supplier had increased the cost of their envelopes but 50% I knew it was necessary to find a different company. I am so relieved to have found eco-craft and with their fantastic prices and ethos I will without a doubt be ordering again and again.

I bought 24 rolls of tape with them as to save money. I started using them and after some time realised quite a few only had glue in half of the tape. Some times more, some less. I contacted them and they said I only had 15 days to complain about it. I don't understand how is one expected to test 24 rolls of tape in 14 days.

Love this company! I have used Eco-craft numerous times now and they always dispatch and deliver promptly, use good packaging for the items and don’t charge excessive amounts for postage. As a small business I appreciate their fast service and quality products

Have shopped with this company a few times for packaging and the service is always excellent. Recently wanted to buy some of their packing tubes but the gold lid finish was out of stock so I emailed and Liam was very helpful and kind - he even emailed me when the product was back in stock so I could order them! :)

I don't usually have any problems with eco-craft, but I was really disappointed with my last order. When it arrived the box had been torn open-they are reusing packaging (which I think is a good idea in principle) but it was inadequate for the weight of the order. Luckily the item hadn't been damaged, but I did contact customer services to make them aware of the problem. They neither apologised or reassured me it wouldn't happen again, although they said my feedback was helpful and would be passed on. I felt let down and unappreciated as a customer. Very disappointed.

My order from Eco Craft came perfectly packaged, in excellent time and with cute stickers of the people who packed my order :) I absolutely love all the items I ordered, and I'll definitely order from them again!

I returned a parcel to them, and never received my refund. When I contacted Liam at customer services he said he can't find my parcel in their returns department but said often parcels are delivered to their neighbouring businesses by mistake. I politely asked if he could check these premises. I did not receive a reply. 14 days later I chased Liam as to why I had not received any information on the status of this issue. He said sorry for the delay, this was due to covid. Still doesn't explain why he didn't look for the parcel A) when I first emailed and B) why when he returned from having covid he didn't reply to me and it was me who had to chase him.

I have a proof of both postage and delivery (which I admit took a while to find the correct reference number which would have made things a lot easier) which shows the parcel was delivered to their building. I have since been promised a refund in the next few days. It's still a mystery where the parcel is.

I am sad to write this as I like their eco products, but if they have to rely on only one customer service agent and that all goes to pot when he gets covid, they really need to rethink how they manage admin when that staff member is away. And clearly there are some problems with their returns process/mailing room if parcels go missing this often.

I have purchased from Eco-craft several times and I cannot fault them! Their products are great quality, the customer service gets top marks and their speedy despatch time is always hugely appreciated. They are clearly a company who cares and go the extra mile.

What brilliant products first of all, even if I liked nothing else (which is certainly not the case) I would love purchasing from Eco-Craft. I love knowing I can have a positive impact while still packaging my product in a convenient way.
Despite me not properly reading an email where more information was needed, the fantastic Kevin McCarthy followed up with me to ensure my order was completed as quickly as possible. I have received my order and loved the personal touch that told me my order was packaged by Lorraine, also, clearly a legend.

had an minor issue with current order, emailed them to advise they came back asap and issue resolved. Fantastic service as I have ordered previously and had no issue.

Great products. I have order before from eco-craft and I found their products really good for the price. I was happy to place another order with them, even though I knew that the delivery time is pretty poor from them, I was happy to wait. However one thing I cannot abide is poor manners. I sent an email asking about stock. No reply for a week. Before I ordered what I wanted in another colour, I emailed again, no reply. I placed my order and to my annoyance they got the item I wanted back in stock. It takes seconds to reply to an email, even to say "we don't know" ort anything, but to not reply is pretty poor. Then getting the item I was enquiring about back in stock was a cruel irony. Please, you have great products, and a good ethic, but just answer customers questions

Chanced upon this company on a google search and placed an order based on their very competitive pricing. The quality of the cards and envelopes is well beyond what I expected. My order arrived quickly and had been packed with such care! There were no less than three protective layers. For paper and card products I couldn't recommend eco-craft more highly.
