Sold a GPU that went faulty, they checked it and confirmed. Haven't replaced it and guy on phone tried to get me into accepting an inferior performing graphics card.

Goods received well packaged and very fast delivery. The item was easy to install but my original problem I.e. CD failed to record. Although Eclipse Computers gave good back up the problem was not resolved. Further surfing revealed other Microsoft users had this problem and now appears to be a fault with the computer and NOT the subject item. I am using VISTA which is no longer supported by Microsoft so thereby hangs a tale. It is possible but not proven that the original replaced item was not faulty.

After trying to unload an update computer locked, was running slow for months, dropped it off & 2hrs. later got a call, hardrive was bad & needed replacing & was ready next a.m.Then on Saturday the next day I let scammers into my laptop when they called saying they were from Windows Tech & detected numerous problems. After not agreeing to pay for services that are actually free, they locked my laptop with a password, so back to Eclipse this a.m. & they cleared it up in five minutes at no charge, would recommend to anyone, thanks again.

Delivery time and arrangements excellent.
If I hadn't been able to find alternative phone number other than prefix 0844 (which is an expensive call) it would have deterred me from contacting Eclipse. Otherwise very satisfid

My 15 yr old son wanted to build his own computer and with the expert knowledge of the staff it made it a stress free experience. Even when he had a problem post build they explained the common mistakes and rectified the problem.

I really like using eclipse as they always seem to have the parts you need and the price is always the best too. Delivery and communication is excellent too. I just wish it was based closer to where I lived as I would be in there every chance given

Came into the store the other day to build a new computer system and the staff were very helpful in order to guide me in the right direction. They managed to build a spec list in store and go through the products with me to ensure I knew what I was getting and overall at a great price. Would definitely recommend!
