Ebel clearly has a policy on how to drain customers once they have bought their Ebel watch.
The design department clearly knows how to manufacture a stylish watch.
But once you own such watch everything is done to gain absurd revenues from simple maintenance.
This is not wat yoy would expect from a Suisse quality brand. Examples:
Every two year the watch strap breaks because of poor sawing. Only solution. Buy a new one.
Yearly maintenance. To keep guarantee you have to send the watch to Switzerland. Invoice € 275,-. Even there own dealers are not allowed to renew guarantee.
