Je commande depuis plus de 5 ans sur ce site. Zéro problème et produits de parapharmacie beaucoup moins chers!

I wanted to give zero stars but I don’t know how to. I did not receive my package. The address is valid, but was told my address is invalid. I searched my order number on the official shipping company’s website and I didn’t find my shipping details. I am yet to uncover if it is a scam. But for now have this information.

worst eshop ever. the goods were damaged, I sent photos various times to the shop, no one ever ansewered. by phone they speak only french, to email nobody answers. I couldnot imagine, that even today it is possible to find such a bad experince with an online seller.

Absolutely unclear regarding the charges for importing goods in the uk.
My order was validated INCL TAXES. Then I was asked to pay import duties to receive my parcel.
Customer service incompetent. They recognize by written different errors :
On their web site with very poor information toward their customers
On the invoice attached to my order
But I still have to pay the price for their errors.
Unacceptable and absolutely not recommended

I ordered on the 18th February and I have still not received my order. They took the money out of my account on the same day. I've been contacted them since but their customer service is so bad. I needed specific items for my baby but now this is too late. I also paid 15pounds for the delivery... This is outrageous. My advice: DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. You'll waste your time, money and energy.

Poor service and communication! I ordered on the 30th of December, it's 2nd of March and still have not received my order or a refund ( even though I asked for it). Delays due to Brexit are understandable, however this is too much. They don't even have the decency to reply to my enquiry properly. Strongly avoid! I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I ordered on the 3rd of January and I have still not received my order. They took the money out of my account on the same day. I was understanding about the delay for a few weeks but I quickly realised this is a company with a terrible customer service when they stopped answering my emails as soon as I asked for my money back. I understand there is brexit but this delay/lack of communication/unanswered emails is really bad... I believe the parcel is now lost or they haven’t sent it. They are also not sending me a tracking number when I asked for one... it says it all !!! I am really disappointed as I was really looking forward to my products.
I just want my money back...

Editing: I contacted customer service and received a full refund there and there, so after all other than a long wait with no result no further harm...

Warning: Avoid, very unreliable! I ordered in January at the value of £52 and still haven’t got it! Got the same product elsewhere and got it today.
I would have given it minus 5 stars if I could

After my earlier review I must in all fairness say that I have now received a full refund of my payment.
I hope that Easyparapharmacie can sort out the problems with deliveries to the UK in the near future.

I placed an order month ago, and still not receive it, have past a week since I have contact them regarding my order, and still no arrived, ask them for a refund and still no answer since 2 days. Poor customer service, not recommend at all

Awful customer service! I have been using this website for a about 2 years now but their service has really worsened. I have ordered my products more than a month ago and haven't heard anything about the status of the delivery, absolutely nothing! No updates or notifications and they claim that it's the carrier's fault but refuse to issue a refund. I will never order from them again.

I bought a pregnancy stretch mark prevention cream from them and it has been a disaster! It has been 2 months and they're still telling me that it's with the delivery company. I am very dissapointed in how my order has been dealt with. They don't even reply back to me when I ask for a refund! It's a shame because the product will be no use to me anymore!

DON’T BUY from them is almost 1 month they lie to me ,they said send me the parcel in few days but parcel doesn’t arrive !So so disappointed order doesn’t come !

Quick delivery, good packaging

Second time of using Easyparapharmacie.co.uk. Just with the first time - very straight forward - ordered the goods and was advised at every stage including a delivery time. A good price could not expect anything else.

I usually order my hand cream and other beauty staff online.
Everything's fine on this website, my orders arrive well wrapped in recycled paper and cardboard, oftently quickly
I also recommend for the price and good advices for my atopic skin, my curly dry hair etc ^^

TERRIBLE SERVICE RIPPED OFF £49!
This company took £49 from me , they did not send my order, when I asked where it was they said they did not know..! After a few days they said they would refund me -and they have not! they have ripped me off! THIS IS FRAUD and I will report it to the relevant authorities in the UK and France.

I use them to buy many products that are hard or impossible to find in the UK. Prices are really good compared with over here. Great variety of products, easy and fast to use website. Delivery can take at least 7 days, so if you are in a rush buy somewhere else.

I haven't received my parcel at all.

I sent a complain and I haven't received any reply.
I will request a refund from my bank. This is the only way I can get my money back.
