Wonderful Service
From the beginning to the end of my conveyancing experience I cannot speak highly enough of Kim and Adele. They were totally proactive in generating all their end of the process and very reactive to any enquiry from the buyers solicitors, so no delays on our side. They also kept me fully informed at every stage and were readily available to answer any queries I had.

Helpful, friendly, and successful in court.
They were very helpful and friendly. They talked me through all my options so I had a good idea of what to expect.
They kept me informed throughout the proceedings (via phone and email), although there were long periods of time where nothing happened, as we had to wait on the other party or the courts.
They were successful in court for me, and managed to get a higher claim than I was expecting (but lower than what they wanted).
They have an app, but this stopped working for me at one point, as a new version didn't work on my older phone. I upgraded my phone and it worked again, but then I just stopped receiving updates though it. Not sure why. Still, they kept in touch via email and phone, so it wasn't a problem.
Overall, I'm very happy with their service and the outcome they were successful in getting for me.

We recently moved house and used Easthams for the conveyancing. Kim and Adele were excellent throughout, keeping us well informed and they were happy to answer any of our questions. Kim answered all questions efficiently, and progressed/chased queries without any need to a nudge. I recommend their service and will use again in the future if/when needed.

No fuss, easy to deal with, app is great
From start to finish was very easy to deal with, Easthams took care of everything. Downloading the app made everything streamlined and made sure nothing was missed. Stuart took care of my claim and was very efficient making sure I was informed every step of the way. It was all no fuss and very little for me to deal with. As much as these things are usually hard work this was no work at all. Highly recommended.

Property purchase
We recently purchased a house we were desperate to buy after falling in love with it immediately, and thankfully it went through without any issues, mainly thanks to Easthams. We were recommended them by our estate agent as wanted the best, due to competition for this house. We were welcomed and served by Kim and Adele, and we could not speak highly enough of them. They were both extremely efficient and professional, often chasing us when they were waiting on our documents, and we know they were also chasing the vendors’ solicitors. Both were very knowledgeable and supportive, answering any queries we had, putting us at ease, and getting the deal over the line for us. Five stars. Thank you.
