Kim and Adele were fantastic throughout our house purchase. Their communication was excellent, and they were always proactive in chasing things and keeping everything moving forward. We never felt the need to chase for updates, which made the whole process much less stressful. They were both helpful, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend them.

Property purchase
We recently purchased a house we were desperate to buy after falling in love with it immediately, and thankfully it went through without any issues, mainly thanks to Easthams. We were recommended them by our estate agent as wanted the best, due to competition for this house. We were welcomed and served by Kim and Adele, and we could not speak highly enough of them. They were both extremely efficient and professional, often chasing us when they were waiting on our documents, and we know they were also chasing the vendors’ solicitors. Customer service needs improving
I initially liked the customer service and was happy to use these solicitors.
Throughout the process there were a few issues, mainly including communication. The app doesn’t always work. One time I called for an update and was made to feel as though I shouldn’t be calling. No one had replied to my email and the app wasn’t working.
Although happy with the result I initially wasn’t even told the claim was settled. Just a phone call to say they would be sending over the funds.

What is the point providing a "Contact…
What is the point providing a "Contact us" option on your website, if no one can be bothered to respond? I asked a simple question... Do you accept ID1 & ID5 documents as proof of identity? Response = Radio silence. Time to move on to another Conveyancer for my imminent sale and purchase as it seems they can be bothered...
