Superb experience. Don’t listen to the one star reviewers.

I bought 3 packs. Bhuna jalfrezi & madras. None taste like the real thing. They are tasty but nothing like a good curry from a takeaway or a restaurant. I won’t be buying again.

Absolutely first class service and best take away curry ever. Ordered ten packs of various flavours so prepared a pathia and korma for friends. They loved it, quite" better than our local Indian restaurant". Delicious flavours. You know when you cook it, it is top quality and the smells are devine. I've now sent the link to many friends and family and will reorder asap. Excellent 👌

Madras sauce is superb. I have had three deliveries so far. I have the recipe book and have already tried the chicken tikka which was also wonderful.

Got to be honest we are big Indian eaters and the sauces are amazing, top notch, well done guys and girls, honestly don’t listen to the negative reviews your sauces are sooooo good.

Oh my Lord guys.
Just made Chicken Jalfrezi using your base gravy and recipe book. So many years using those ready made jars from supermarkets. Stupid child !

ordered a collection of dhansak,pathia,bhuna and korma alpng with pilau rice and naan bread mix,tried the dhansak... bland.watery amd nothing like a real dhansak,pilau rice... heve you ever had snow white pilau rice? neither have i exactly like ordinary boiled ric,bland and too much faffing around to end up with nothing,easier to buy uncle bens and cheaper and the naan bread...absolute rubbish,the rest i haven't tried but if anything like i have tried,, then more disappointment,my first order and definitely my last

I ordered the 5 pack of sauces to try my fav was the bhuna just the right heat for me, I loved it so have ordered a lot more this time some different things like the nan bread and tikka spice so looking forward to it arriving, I’ve recommended it to everyone one I know. It’s really good and I wish the business all the luck and success it deserves

I can’t understand the negative reviews about these sauces.
I’m on my third lot and I absolutely love them.
They’re the nearest thing to a takeaway that I’ve found.
My faves are the bhuna and masala.
I normally like jalfrezi and madras but I found them a bit too hot for me and I usually like a bit of spice.
I add onions, peppers and usually chicken thighs and they’re super quick meals.
Fast delivery and good communication, can’t recommend them enough.

I ordered a Parahi sauce as a trial after seeing a Facebook advert, and it was nice. Quite pricey but definitely ahead of other ready made sauces I’ve tried. A few months later I placed an order for a mixed set of sauces. I can’t remember exactly what I ordered but I think it was 2 x Parahi, 2 x Marsala and a Korma. At the time there was a special price for the 5 mixed sauces and I took my time choosing and ordering. What arrived was 5 Bhuna. I even checked my order online and this is what it said I ordered. I didn’t, I don’t even like Bhuna. The mixed set of sauces option also seemed to have disappeared. I contacted the company who said I had to return the sauces at my cost and they would replace them. They have been frozen in my freezer since I received them so not sure what they’re going to do with them. It’s possible that I have totally lost my mind and I actually ordered the Bhuna but I distinctly remember picking out the ones I wanted. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem. Anyway, needless to say, won’t be ordering from them again

Tasteless watery sauces, so much for saying they are like takeaways, bought 5 sachets, my children have had 2 and don't want the other 3, better buying a jar of sharwoods

Just tried the Jalfrezi and it’s now my favourite along with Madras, Vindaloo and Masala. Can’t go wrong with any of these sauces they are all amazing.

Had the Vindaloo and was very tasteful, only thing i would say is, it needs to be hotter.

I absolutely love this site. The sauces are restaurant quality and if you follow the instructions correctly you can easily make a restsurant or takeaway food fot a fraction of the price. We are a little strapped for cash at mo, but spotted a free delivery day so jumped on a couple for the weekend. I already have their onion bharhi mix in (amazing) and pilau rice so sorted but will be stocking up again soon.

Never got to try there sauces as delivery driver didn't follow instructions and decided to take it to some place I'd never heard of for pickup. Well, back to to the takeaway.

So I eat curry waaaay too much, I love it! Warm, cold, spicy, dry or with gravy/sauce. EVERY day is curry day.....so let me give you a run down on what I tried (I believed the hype!)

Vindaloo - So hot (BEYOND PHAL) and flavourless that it would be better applied as wallpaper stripper or something that removes the black oily yuck on the bottom of your engine.

Jalfrezi - So hot it seem's theyve put vindaloo in the pack as above!

Pathia - God, this isnt even a curry! I love Pathia but this thing was like water and tasted like water...water joke!

Korma - SO MUCH COCONUT so little flavour and I could have saved plenty of time if I just used a straw as its so runny!

Bhuna - just brown flavourless thin....literally nothing else to say! I could have licked the tree in the garden for more flavour!

Madras - dear o dear...just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, imagine all those currys ive mentioned above, eat them, throw it up and there you have it, I welcome you to a pee poor packet of brown flavourless juice.

This company led me up the garden path, I believed the hype but now I feel I need my head examined! And maybe my butt too!
Advice...save your money up and buy from the local indian restaurant, ITS WORTH THE WAIT!

Im a massive curry fan, the likes of Pataks and Sharwoods etc don't even resemble real curry for me so i decided to give these a try based on reviews. Honestly, i don't rate them, tried a few different ones up to now and i find them very watery once served, and bland if I'm honest, i ordered loads as well and don't even really want to finish them i think i will be giving them away to people. If you want superb cook at home curry sauces packed with flavour and great consistency then try Aargrah, the Hydrabhadi is next level. I will be sticking with them in future

Ordered off these guys and within 24hrs the order was despatched and in 48hrs delivered.
can not wait to try the sauces because I have read some great reviews.
I have applied to join there Facebook group and can not wait to be accepted also.

We live in a rural area with no local takeaways. These sauces and spice kits are amazing quality for home cooking. The sauces are liquid enough to start with to be able to simmer the meat with lid on and then simmer down to restaurant thickness with lid off. I make ours in the morning and then it’s ready to reheat at night when you want to eat and has had time to “settle” and get tastier. You can jazz them up with fresh chillies etc. fantastic

We thought we would give East at home a go after seeing an advert on line for it.
Our favourite dish is Pathia and this is the only retailer that I have found that sells it.
We have tried many Pathias from many Indian restaurants but our local one is by far the best so it really did have a lot to live up to.
We ordered 2 Pathias and these arrived super quick with an extra Pathia pouch inside with a hand written "1free" on the invoice..I think I had missed their promotion of 3 for 2 so they were kind enough to stick an extra in
The sauce was a little runny but by reducing it down you get a richer thicker sauce , the heat was absolutely spot on but unfortunately lacked the sweetness of a Pathia. For my next pouch in going to add a spoon of mango chutney to add some sweetness and I think then it'll be exactly how we like it.
All in all we are pleased with the service and product and if adding my own sweetness works , I'll definitely order again.
