Uitermate tevreden
Alles binnen 15 uren afgehandeld, van bestelling tot levering. Ook met de scooter ben ik heel tevreden tot hier toe, trekt snel op en bedrag per maand bespaar ik veel meer dan op mijn scooter met al de onderhoud en brandstof kosten.. en hier is dat allemaal niet nodig. Uitermate tevreden met de service tot hier toe.

Great service in Brussels, Belgium! Had a flat tire and they were very kind to fix it in the middle of the night. Saved my next day! Great scooters and assistance always there. Glad to recommend them!

Two weeks in (London) - HAPPY, but read my review
First off, they were nice people. I'm not giving my money to a company that can't keep their staff happy.
2nd, YOU NEED TO DO THE CBT (it's a course, not a test, compulsory basic training). This is not an e-bike, it's a proper moped that's electric.
3rd, damage or breakdowns, they'll swap it out
It's Summer, rent one for a month, see if you like it!

Easy and convenient
Mute bike ia an easy and convenient option to travel in London. I preferred to my friends and family. Recently i had issue with sude light and they gave me good service by Herin.
