Fab experience

All the other online furniture shops I have tried have been totally rubbish; especially with delivery. We have bed trying since May to get a bed! Dwell have been great. Hassle free delivery. Short waiting time. I will only use them in the future.

Notch Single bed with double Drawers scratches…

Just unpacked the Notch Single bed with two drawers, ready to start the assembly, I find on the headboard and foot board deep scratches. This is really disappointing as the packaging though slightly broken I was not expecting any scratches. Now trying to get hold of customer services and have to go through the explanation.

Their website is a shambles

Their website is a shambles. We needed a new bed, urgently, so selected one that was available for delivery within 7 days. Paid in full. 7 days later we had heard or seen nothing and, when I 'phoned them, I was told it was going to be 7 weeks. Hopeles!

Absolute shambles!

Absolute shambles!! Ordered sofa, chair and foot stool. Got confirmation of delivery and took day off as well as organizing for existing furniture to be picked the day before only for Dwell to email me at 5pm the day before delivery to tell me they couldn't deliver as they hadn't received the order from the supplier. When I asked when the re delivery would happen was told it would take another month!! It was clear that something had gone very wrong and that the order hadn't been received by the supplier and therefore manufacturing of the order hadn't even started. Dwell gave me no explanation as to the issue that had caused the delay or what they had done to ensure that it didn't happen again. Despite being £50 out of pocket due to having to rearrange the collection of old furniture at last minute I was offered £10 as a gesture of good will. Won't be shopping there again.

I bought furniture from your company…

I bought furniture from your company again because of high quality, however, the coffee table that I bought was damaged, I do like this table but there is out of stock which I could not get a replacement, I am so disappointed.

Defective furniture

Took a while to receive them so excited to assemble and put in place only to find had to request return and wait for a replace due to defective part. No fast track deliver under the circumstance.

I bought 3 chairs with a side Dwell…

I bought 3 chairs with a side Dwell ticket embedded in as a design feature. on3 chair did not have this feature and your eye is constantly draw to the chair without the chair without this feature. spoke to Dwell they were unwilling to replace the chair. 8 found them very unhelpful and had to ask for their complaint procedures.
