Not happy with shoe cabinet

Very good customer service. Not happy with the door opening and closing. They gave me £23.00 refund. They only had the last one. So annoying door hinges is an issue, tried everything. Good shoe cabinet but they are discontinued.

The delivery man

Great customer service however the…

Great customer service however the payment process is protracted and the delivery isn't best in terms of times. Customer service staff are exemplary.

I bought 3 dining chairs from Dwell…

I bought 3 dining chairs from Dwell roughly 3 years ago. The chairs were good but two of them broke at the joint( iron joined together at the base). I had thrown one and planning to get rid of the other one.
I should have contacted Dwell as now I realise they might have been in the guarantee period in the first 2 years.

I am an older person

I am an older person, the delivery was made to my sitting room upside down, I was then told the delivery men were not allowed to unpack the sideboard and was
Left with not only the sideboard upside down but much too heavy for me to unpack.

Thanks for your feedback and I can explain why this is the case, as most sideboards we sell contains a legs that requires installation.

The reason why its delivered like this is so that its easier for our customer to install the legs then turn it back to its natural position.

If you require assistance with up righting the sideboard, perhaps you can seek assistance form a local handyman to have this done?

Having to chase delivery as not been…

Having to chase delivery as not been contacted. Was stated that delivery included installation … only to be told that they do not assemble anything

Unfortunately we do not offer an assembly service which we also do advise on our website under delivery information, the delivery team will deliver the boxed items to a room of your choice.

I had a great experience with Dwell. Having bought my bar stools from them 10 years ago I wanted to replace them.just the nicest customer service representatives who sorted everything I asked for.

Good looking, not easy to assemble.

We already have the shelving unit and matching occasional table and they are undoubtably extremely good looking pieces of furniture. We bought a second table as we have modified our room layout to complete the ‘look’. My only criticism would be these units are not easy to assemble particularly, if like us you are no longer young with some manoeuvrability issues.

Disappointing

Disappointing! I purchased a nest of tables with a 7 day lead time. I now discover that it is actually 4 weeks plus 2 days for delivery. Only discovered when I rang to enquire what was happening with our order. It would be very helpful if you could be honest about delivery times as it might affect the decision to purchase.

I was very happy with customer service…

I was very happy with customer service my advisor Nicky explained everything to me before I made my final decision. Nicky was very clear I understood everything she spoke about there was no talking me into anything just to get a sale. I would recommend Dwell as there customer service is excellent.

Great little coffee table…

Great little coffee table…. Arrived within a few days as quoted and extremely well packaged. Really easy to assemble. Exactly what we wanted. Would definitely order from Dwell again !
